Claims (6)
1. Подшипник (1) с масляной пленкой для шейки (4) валка, установленная на которой букса (3) шейки окружена вкладышем (5), расположенным на подушке (2), при этом вкладыш (5) имеет, по меньшей мере, два лежащих внутри гидростатических кармана (9, 9') расположены, по существу, на общей осевой линии, к которым через обратный клапан (18) и проходящие во вкладыше (5) отверстия (6, 6'), может быть подана рабочая жидкость, и при этом дроссели (15, 15') в отверстиях (6, 6') обеспечивают оптимальное гидростатическое опирание, даже и при наклонном положении шейки (4) валка, соответственно, буксы (3) шейки во вкладыше (5), отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, два отверстия (6, 6') соединены с подключаемым блоком (12), дроссели (15, 15') установлены в подключаемом блоке (12), и к подключаемому блоку (12) подключен обратный клапан (18).
2. Подшипник с масляной пленкой по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подключаемый блок (12) закреплен на подушке (2) с возможностью свободного доступа.
3. Подшипник с масляной пленкой по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что отверстия (6, 6') и подключаемый блок (12) снабжены соединительными элементами высокого давления (10, 10', 13, 13') и, соединительные элементы (10, 10') высокого давления через жесткие магистрали (11, 11') соединены с элементами (13, 13') высокого давления подключаемого блока (12).
4. Подшипник с масляной пленкой по п.3, отличающийся тем, что магистрали (11, 11') состоят из труб, выдерживающих давление свыше 2000 бар, которые могут упруго деформироваться для компенсации возможного относительного смещения между вкладышем (5) и подушкой (2).
5. Подшипник с масляной пленкой по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что обратный клапан (18) и/или дроссели (15, 15') подсоединены к подключаемому блоку (12) с возможностью замены.
6. Подшипник с масляной пленкой по п.1 или 4, отличающийся тем, что вкладыш (5) выполнен без пучка отверстий.
