Abstract
1. Применение эфира лимонной кислоты и противовоспалительного, цитостатического, цитотоксического, антипролиферативного, антимикротубулярного, антиангиогенного, антирестенотического (анти-рестенозные), антифунгицидного, антинеопластического, антимиграционного, атромбогенного или антитромбогенного активного вещества для покрытия катетер-баллона. ! 2. Применение по п.1, в котором эфир лимонной кислоты представляет собой ацетилтрибутилцитрат или ацетилтриэтилцитрат или соединение следующей структуры: ! ! где R, R' и R” независимо друг от друга означают атом водорода или линейный или разветвленный, насыщенный или ненасыщенный, замещенный по меньшей мере одной функциональной группой или незамещенный алкильный остаток, арилалкильный остаток или циклоалкильный остаток. ! 3. Применение по п.1, в котором эфиром лимонной кислоты является представитель из группы, состоящей из триэтилцитрата, ацетилтриэтилцитрата, трибутилцитрата и ацетилтрибутилцитрата. ! 4. Применение по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере одно противовоспалительное, цитостатическое, цитотоксическое, антипролиферативное, антимикротубулярное, антиангиогенное, антирестенотическое (анти-рестенозное), антифунгицидное, антинеопластическое, антимиграционное, атромбогенное или антитромбогенного активное вещество представляет собой паклитаксел. ! 5. Claims (8)
1. Применение эфира лимонной кислоты и противовоспалительного, цитостатического, цитотоксического, антипролиферативного, антимикротубулярного, антиангиогенного, антирестенотического (анти-рестенозные), антифунгицидного, антинеопластического, антимиграционного, атромбогенного или антитромбогенного активного вещества для покрытия катетер-баллона.
2. Применение по п.1, в котором эфир лимонной кислоты представляет собой ацетилтрибутилцитрат или ацетилтриэтилцитрат или соединение следующей структуры:
где R, R' и R” независимо друг от друга означают атом водорода или линейный или разветвленный, насыщенный или ненасыщенный, замещенный по меньшей мере одной функциональной группой или незамещенный алкильный остаток, арилалкильный остаток или циклоалкильный остаток.

Катетер-баллон с покрытием по меньшей мере из одного противовоспалительного, цитостатического, цитотоксического, антипролиферативного, антимикротубулярного, антиангиогенного, антирестенотического (анти-рестенозные), антифунгицидного, антинеопластического, антимиграционного, атромбогенного или антитромбогенного активного вещества и эфир лимонной кислоты.
6. Катетер-баллон по п.5, в котором эфир лимонной кислоты представляет собой ацетилтрибутилцитрат или ацетилтриэтилцитрат или соединение следующей структуры:
