Abstract
1. Саморасширяющееся устройство, в частности имплантат, для закрывания отверстий дефектов в теле человека или животного, которое имеет в первом состоянии форму вытянутой трубки (2) с шлицованными сегментами и принимает во втором состоянии укороченную форму, которая задает по меньшей мере одну открытую или, по существу, закрытую полую структуру (3) с большим поперечным размером, при этом шлицованные сегменты трубки (2) образуют отдельные перемычки (16), каждая из которых соединена с соседними перемычками (16), так что во втором состоянии возникает сетчатая общая структура. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проходящие в первом состоянии наклонно параллельные перемычки приводят к уменьшению напряжений и/или самоцентрированию. ! 3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрены две полые структуры (3) в виде проксимального экрана (5) и дистального экрана (6). ! 4. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно образовано из соединенных перемычек (16) из отдельных проволок, нескольких проволок или многожильных гибких проволок, которые сведены вместе на одном или обоих концах в виде кольца или трубки. ! 5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что перемычки (16) состоят из скрученных и/или сплетенных нескольких проволок или нескольких многожильных гибких проволок. ! 6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет вид плетения или ткани. ! 7. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что на перемычках (16) расположены проушины (24) и/или перемычки (16) соединены через проушины (24). ! 8. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что устройство (1) образовано с соединенными перемычками (16) из трубки с помощью разрезания ла
Claims (20)
1. Саморасширяющееся устройство, в частности имплантат, для закрывания отверстий дефектов в теле человека или животного, которое имеет в первом состоянии форму вытянутой трубки (2) с шлицованными сегментами и принимает во втором состоянии укороченную форму, которая задает по меньшей мере одну открытую или, по существу, закрытую полую структуру (3) с большим поперечным размером, при этом шлицованные сегменты трубки (2) образуют отдельные перемычки (16), каждая из которых соединена с соседними перемычками (16), так что во втором состоянии возникает сетчатая общая структура.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проходящие в первом состоянии наклонно параллельные перемычки приводят к уменьшению напряжений и/или самоцентрированию.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрены две полые структуры (3) в виде проксимального экрана (5) и дистального экрана (6).
4. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно образовано из соединенных перемычек (16) из отдельных проволок, нескольких проволок или многожильных гибких проволок, которые сведены вместе на одном или обоих концах в виде кольца или трубки.
5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что перемычки (16) состоят из скрученных и/или сплетенных нескольких проволок или нескольких многожильных гибких проволок.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет вид плетения или ткани.
7. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что на перемычках (16) расположены проушины (24) и/или перемычки (16) соединены через проушины (24).
8. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что устройство (1) образовано с соединенными перемычками (16) из трубки с помощью разрезания лазером.
9. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно во втором состоянии выполнено с возможностью деформации в радиальном направлении к краю подлежащего закрыванию отверстия, так что оно может опираться на край, и обеспечивается возможность его позиционирования приблизительно по центру внутри отверстия.
10. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно при виде сбоку состоит по меньшей мере из двух экранов (5, 6) с саморасширяющейся средней частью (14) в каждом.
11. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что средняя часть (14) для самоцентрирования имеет в первом состоянии проходящие наклонно параллельные перемычки, которые могут быть соединены друг с другом на некоторых участках.
12. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет на виде сбоку форму пробки.
13. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет по меньшей мере на одном конце сцепной элемент (7).
14. Устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что сцепной элемент (7) зафиксирован с помощью лежащего внутри направляющего провода (11).
15. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно во втором состоянии имеет ромбовидную или шестиугольную общую структуру из отдельных перемычек с соединительными элементами.
16. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что части полой структуры (3, 5, 6) вырезаны из металлического листа или фольги и эти отдельные части сшиты вместе с образованием полой структуры (6).
17. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено полностью или частично из имеющих память формы металлов, в частности нитинола.
18. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно в частичных зонах обтянуто мембраной.
19. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено с возможностью изменения положения и расширения.
20. Устройство по п.19, отличающееся тем, что полая структура (3, 5, 6) имеет на периферийных перемычках проушины, через которые проходит окружная нить.
