Abstract

1. Медицинское устройство для закрепления в бедренной кости пациента, содержащее:а. соединительную часть, выполненную с возможностью соединения с протезной контактной частью или встраивания в протезную контактную часть;b. расширяющуюся часть ис. контактную поверхность для контакта с костью, расположенную на расширяющейся части, выполненной с возможностью по меньшей мере частичной вставки в бедренную кость пациента и возможностью расширения в этой бедренной кости таким образом, что указанная контактная поверхность контактирует с внутренней частью бедренной кости для прикрепления указанного медицинского устройства прямым или непрямым образом к бедренной кортикальной кости.2. Устройство по п.1, содержащее изогнутую часть, расположенную между соединительной и концевой частями указанного медицинского устройства.3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, в котором соединительная часть содержит крепежную часть, выполненную с возможностью закрепления протезной контактной части.4. Claims (25)

1. Медицинское устройство для закрепления в бедренной кости пациента, содержащее:
а. соединительную часть, выполненную с возможностью соединения с протезной контактной частью или встраивания в протезную контактную часть;
b. расширяющуюся часть и
с. контактную поверхность для контакта с костью, расположенную на расширяющейся части, выполненной с возможностью по меньшей мере частичной вставки в бедренную кость пациента и возможностью расширения в этой бедренной кости таким образом, что указанная контактная поверхность контактирует с внутренней частью бедренной кости для прикрепления указанного медицинского устройства прямым или непрямым образом к бедренной кортикальной кости.
2. Устройство по п.1, содержащее изогнутую часть, расположенную между соединительной и концевой частями указанного медицинского устройства.
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, в котором соединительная часть содержит крепежную часть, выполненную с возможностью закрепления протезной контактной части.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором крепежная часть содержит резьбовую часть.
5. Устройство по п.4, имеющее центральную продольную ось, проходящую от соединительной части до концевой части, причем расширяющаяся часть содержит элементы расширения, выполненные с возможностью радиального расширения по направлению от продольной оси.
6. Устройство по п.5, имеющее центральную продольную ось, проходящую от соединительной части до концевой части, причем медицинское устройство содержит расширяющиеся части, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга в осевом направлении вдоль продольной оси медицинского устройства.
7. Устройство по п.6, в котором расширяющиеся части, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга в осевом направлении вдоль продольной оси медицинского устройства, выполнены с возможностью радиального расширения независимо друг от друга для обеспечения возможности различного расширения различных расширяющихся частей.
8. Устройство по п.2, в котором расширяющаяся часть расположена между изогнутой и концевой частями.
9. Устройство по п.2, в котором расширяющаяся часть расположена между изогнутой и соединительной частями.
10. Устройство по п.2, содержащее первую и вторую расширяющиеся части, причем первая расширяющаяся часть расположена между изогнутой и соединительной частями, а вторая расширяющаяся часть расположена между изогнутой и концевой частями.
11. Устройство по п.2, содержащее расширяющиеся части, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга в осевом направлении вдоль продольной оси медицинского устройства, причем расширяющиеся части расположены между изогнутой и концевой частями.
12. Устройство по п.1, содержащее расширяющиеся части, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга в осевом направлении вдоль продольной оси медицинского устройства, причем расширяющиеся части расположены между изогнутой и соединительной частями.
13. Устройство по п.1, в котором расширяющаяся часть содержит деформируемую расширяющуюся часть и совершает расширение при деформировании деформируемой расширяющейся части, так что контактная поверхность для контакта с костью контактирует с внутренней частью бедренной кости для прикрепления медицинского устройства к бедренной кости, причем деформируемая расширяющаяся часть обеспечивает возможность увеличения контакта с указанной контактной поверхностью.
14. Устройство по пп.1, 2 и 4-13, дополнительно содержащее устройство для приведения в действие, выполненное с возможностью приведения в действие расширяющейся части.
15. Устройство по п.14, в котором устройство для приведения в действие содержит гибкий элемент, взаимодействующий с соединительной и концевой частями и выполненный с возможностью стягивания в направлении соединительной части для приложения осевой силы на часть устройства для приведения в действие с обеспечением возникновения частичного радиального расширения расширяющейся части.
16. Устройство по п.14, в котором устройство для приведения в действие содержит эластичное устройство для приведения в действие, выполненное с возможностью приложения упругой силы к расширяющейся части.
17. Устройство по п.16, в котором эластичное устройство для приведения в действие представляет собой пружину.
18. Устройство по пп.16 и 17, дополнительно содержащее регулирующее устройство для регулирования напряжения эластичного устройства для приведения в действие и таким образом силы, приложенной расширяющимися элементами.
19. Устройство по п.18, в котором устройство для приведения в действие содержит конический элемент, выполненный с возможностью контакта с соответствующей поверхностью расширяющейся части для расширения этой расширяющейся части.
20. Устройство по п.19, в котором устройство для приведения в действие содержит поворотную резьбовую часть, выполненную с возможностью взаимодействия с соответствующей резьбовой частью медицинского устройства для расширения расширяющейся части.
21. Устройство по п.19, в котором устройство для приведения в действие содержит поворотную резьбовую часть, выполненную с возможностью взаимодействия с соответствующей резьбовой частью конического элемента для приведения в действие этого конического элемента и таким образом с соответствующей поверхностью расширяющейся части для ее расширения.
22. Устройство по п.21, в котором контактная поверхность для контакта с костью содержит по меньшей мере один конический элемент, выполненный с возможностью по меньшей мере частичного входа в кость внутренней части шейки бедренной кости.
23. Устройство по п.22, в котором контактная поверхность для контакта с костью имеет пористую микро- или наноструктуру, облегчающую врастание кости в указанное медицинское устройство.
24. Устройство по п.23, дополнительно содержащее протезную контактную часть тазобедренного сустава.
25. Устройство по п.24, в котором протезная контактная часть содержит искусственную поверхность головки бедренной кости.
