Abstract
1. Устройство для предварительного смешивания топлива и воздуха, предназначенное для использования перед впускным отверстием основного канала потока текучей среды системы выделения/преобразования энергии и отделенное от зоны тепловыделения в системе выделения/преобразования энергии, содержащее:(а) множество концентрических, копланарных, кольцевых элементов с аэродинамической формой, расположенных выше по потоку впускного отверстия, выровненных в аксиальном направлении относительно проточного канала, при этом каждый кольцевой элемент имеет внутренний канал для топлива, каждый кольцевой элемент дополнительно имеет множество отверстий для впрыска топлива, в результате чего топливо может проходить из внутреннего канала во входной поток текучей среды вблизи указанного кольца, причем между каждыми двумя кольцевыми элементами образован кольцевой канал, при этом кольца дополнительно адаптированы, в результате чего(i) отверстия для впрыска топлива ориентированы для впрыска топлива под углом, имеющим абсолютную величину от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 90 градусов относительно аксиального направления; и(ii) множество отверстий для впрыска топлива имеют неодинаковые диаметры, причем диаметры имеют разные величины, при этом каждая из величин выбрана для обеспечения заданного диапазона отношений мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха; и(b) множество расположенных в радиальном направлении, спицеобразных элементов с аэродинамической формой, копланарных относительно кольцевых элементов и соединенных с этими кольцевыми элементами, при этом, по меньшей мере, один из спицеобразных элементов имеет внутренн�
Claims (21)
1. Устройство для предварительного смешивания топлива и воздуха, предназначенное для использования перед впускным отверстием основного канала потока текучей среды системы выделения/преобразования энергии и отделенное от зоны тепловыделения в системе выделения/преобразования энергии, содержащее:
(а) множество концентрических, копланарных, кольцевых элементов с аэродинамической формой, расположенных выше по потоку впускного отверстия, выровненных в аксиальном направлении относительно проточного канала, при этом каждый кольцевой элемент имеет внутренний канал для топлива, каждый кольцевой элемент дополнительно имеет множество отверстий для впрыска топлива, в результате чего топливо может проходить из внутреннего канала во входной поток текучей среды вблизи указанного кольца, причем между каждыми двумя кольцевыми элементами образован кольцевой канал, при этом кольца дополнительно адаптированы, в результате чего
(i) отверстия для впрыска топлива ориентированы для впрыска топлива под углом, имеющим абсолютную величину от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 90 градусов относительно аксиального направления; и
(ii) множество отверстий для впрыска топлива имеют неодинаковые диаметры, причем диаметры имеют разные величины, при этом каждая из величин выбрана для обеспечения заданного диапазона отношений мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха; и
(b) множество расположенных в радиальном направлении, спицеобразных элементов с аэродинамической формой, копланарных относительно кольцевых элементов и соединенных с этими кольцевыми элементами, при этом, по меньшей мере, один из спицеобразных элементов имеет внутренний канал для топлива, причем внутренний канал в спицеобразном элементе сообщается по текучей среде с внутренними каналами в кольцевых элементах, к которым присоединен спицеобразный элемент, при этом соединенные внутренние каналы, образованные в кольцах и спицеобразных элементах, сообщаются по текучей среде с источником топлива.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором абсолютная величина указанного угла составляет от приблизительно 30 до приблизительно 60° относительно аксиального направления.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором абсолютная величина указанного угла составляет от приблизительно 60 до приблизительно 90° относительно аксиального направления.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором абсолютная величина указанного угла составляет приблизительно 70° относительно аксиального направления.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором абсолютная величина указанного угла составляет приблизительно 90° относительно аксиального направления.
6. Устройство по п.1, содержащее от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 5 колец.
7. Устройство по п.1, в котором число и размеры указанных колец выбраны так, чтобы обеспечить блокировку потока в указанном впускном отверстии не более чем на 50%.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором число и размеры указанных колец выбраны так, чтобы обеспечить блокировку потока в впускном отверстии не более чем на 40%.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором сообщение по текучей среде с источником топлива обеспечивает ввод в устройство для предварительного смешивания по внутреннему каналу в самом дальнем от центра кольцевом элементе из концентрических колец.
10. Устройство по п.1, предназначенное для использования в трубчатой камере сгорания, дополнительно содержащее ступицеобразный элемент, расположенный приблизительно в центре поперечного сечения впускного отверстия, при этом ступицеобразный элемент соединен с указанными спицеобразными элементами и имеет внутренний канал, выполненный в нем и сообщающийся по текучей среде с, по меньшей мере, одним спицеобразным элементом, имеющим внутренний канал, выполненный в нем и предназначенный для топлива.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором сообщение по текучей среде с источником топлива обеспечивает ввод в устройство для предварительного смешивания по внутреннему каналу в ступицеобразном элементе.
12. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные отверстия включают группу отверстий меньшего диаметра, выполненных с размерами, обеспечивающими малые отношения мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха и, по меньшей мере, одну группу отверстий большего диаметра, выполненных с размерами, обеспечивающими большие отношения мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха.
13. Устройство по п.2, в котором отверстия в соседних парах указанных кольцевых элементов обращены друг к другу.
14. Устройство по п.12, в котором каждая из указанных групп отверстий приблизительно равномерно распределена в направлении вдоль окружности по кольцевым элементам.
15. Устройство по п.13, в котором отверстия включают группу отверстий меньшего диаметра, выполненных с размерами, обеспечивающими малые отношения мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха и, по меньшей мере, одну группу отверстий большего диаметра, выполненных с размерами, обеспечивающими большие отношения мгновенных потоков топлива и воздуха, причем отверстия, обращенные друг к другу в соседних парах указанных кольцевых элементов, имеют разные диаметры.
16. Устройство по п.15, в котором указанные отверстия включают одну группу отверстий меньшего диаметра, адаптированных для работы на низкой мощности, одну группу отверстий, адаптированных для работы на средней мощности, и одну группу отверстий, адаптированных для работы на высокой мощности.
17. Узел, содержащий устройство для предварительного смешивания и систему выделения/преобразования энергии по п.1, дополнительно содержащий газовую турбину, при этом узел выполнен с возможностью выработки электроэнергии.
18. Узел, содержащий устройство для предварительного смешивания и систему выделения/преобразования энергии по п.1, дополнительно содержащий газовую турбину, при этом узел выполнен с возможностью его использования в качестве воздушно-реактивного двигателя для авиации.
19. Узел, содержащий устройство для предварительного смешивания и систему выделения/преобразования энергии по п.1, дополнительно содержащий газовую турбину, при этом узел выполнен с возможностью его использования в качестве вспомогательной установки для выработки электроэнергии.
20. Узел, содержащий устройство для предварительного смешивания и систему выделения/преобразования энергии по п.1, дополнительно содержащий газовую турбину, при этом узел выполнен с возможностью его использования в качестве турбины внутреннего сгорания для теплоэлектроцентрали.
21. Узел, содержащий устройство для предварительного смешивания и систему выделения/преобразования энергии по п.1, дополнительно содержащий газовую турбину, при этом узел выполнен с возможностью его использования в качестве турбины внутреннего сгорания для электростанции с парогазовой установкой с внутрицикловой газификацией угля.
