Abstract

1. Способ для реализации системы для аутентификации изделия на основе сигнатуры, сформированной из набора, содержащего группы точек данных, собранных, когда множество областей внутренней поверхностной структуры изделия последовательно подвергают воздействию когерентного света и собирают свет, рассеиваемый посредством внутренней поверхностной структуры, при этом способ содержит этапы, на которых, для данной реализации системы:- определяют набор параметров, которые влияют на эффективность функционирования системы;- определяют задание эффективности функционирования системы, на которую может оказываться влияние посредством набора параметров;- формируют исходную совокупность наборов значений параметров, причем каждый набор параметров включает в себя значение для каждого параметра, который должен быть использован при достижении требуемой эффективности функционирования системы;- определяют для каждого набора значений параметров значение соответствия с точки зрения задания эффективности функционирования системы;- идентифицируют сопряженные пары совокупности в соответствии с определенными соответствиями;- формируют новую совокупность посредством пересечения сопряженных пар;- повторяют определение значения соответствия для каждого набора значений параметров, идентификацию сопряженных пар и формирование новой совокупности до тех пор, пока конечный критерий не удовлетворяется; и- конфигурируют систему в соответствии с выбранным одним из наборов параметров из конечной совокупности;- при этом система содержит, по меньшей мере, один сканер записей, выполненный с возможностью создавать записанную си

Claims (18)

1. Способ для реализации системы для аутентификации изделия на основе сигнатуры, сформированной из набора, содержащего группы точек данных, собранных, когда множество областей внутренней поверхностной структуры изделия последовательно подвергают воздействию когерентного света и собирают свет, рассеиваемый посредством внутренней поверхностной структуры, при этом способ содержит этапы, на которых, для данной реализации системы:
- определяют набор параметров, которые влияют на эффективность функционирования системы;
- определяют задание эффективности функционирования системы, на которую может оказываться влияние посредством набора параметров;
- формируют исходную совокупность наборов значений параметров, причем каждый набор параметров включает в себя значение для каждого параметра, который должен быть использован при достижении требуемой эффективности функционирования системы;
- определяют для каждого набора значений параметров значение соответствия с точки зрения задания эффективности функционирования системы;
- идентифицируют сопряженные пары совокупности в соответствии с определенными соответствиями;
- формируют новую совокупность посредством пересечения сопряженных пар;
- повторяют определение значения соответствия для каждого набора значений параметров, идентификацию сопряженных пар и формирование новой совокупности до тех пор, пока конечный критерий не удовлетворяется; и
- конфигурируют систему в соответствии с выбранным одним из наборов параметров из конечной совокупности;
- при этом система содержит, по меньшей мере, один сканер записей, выполненный с возможностью создавать записанную сигнатуру для известного изделия, базу данных, выполненную с возможностью сохранять записанную сигнатуру для известного изделия, и тестовый сканер, выполненный с возможностью создавать сигнатуру для тестируемого изделия для сравнения с одной или более записанных сигнатур в базе данных.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором конечный критерий включает в себя одно или более из фиксированного числа итераций, причем фиксированное число итераций соответствует данному результирующему событию; и шаблона поведения в значениях полного соответствия совокупности.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором шаблоном поведения является конвергентное поведение.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 3, дополнительно включающий в себя этап, на котором вводят случайную мутацию в ходе или после формирования новой совокупности.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором мутация является несогласованной между итерациями.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором каждый из сканера записей и тестового сканера выполнен с возможностью формировать сигнатуры для изделия посредством этапов, на которых:
- последовательно освещают множество областей изделия с помощью когерентного луча;
- собирают набор, содержащий группы точек данных, из сигналов, получаемых, когда когерентный луч рассеивается из различных областей изделия, при этом различные группы точек данных относятся к рассеянию из соответствующих различных областей изделия; и
- определяют сигнатуры изделия из набора групп точек данных.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором задание эффективности функционирования системы включает в себя, по меньшей мере, одно из ширины распределения набора перекрестных сравнений между сигнатурами изделия и разнесения распределения между результатами перекрестных сравнений для сравнений между сходными и несходными изделиями.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором набор параметров включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один параметр, выбранный из группы, состоящей из порядка фильтра временной области, пространства возрастания и убывания фильтра временной области, порядка фильтра пространственной области, пространства возрастания и убывания в пространственной области, пространственного разрешения, сглаживающей функции, настройки кодера, размера блока, числа блоков, порядка полинома приближения, диапазона растягивания, порогового значения среднеквадратического отклонения, смещения от начального позиционирования, настройки фильтра удаления текста, порогового значения изображений и амплитуды масштаба.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором набор параметров включает в себя параметры, которые относятся к обработке после захвата точек данных.
10. Система для аутентификации изделия на основе сигнатуры, сформированной из набора, содержащего группы точек данных, собранных, когда множество областей внутренней поверхностной структуры изделия последовательно подвергаются воздействию когерентного света и собирается свет, рассеиваемый посредством внутренней поверхностной структуры, причем система конфигурируется в соответствии с этапами, на которых:
- определяют набор параметров, которые влияют на эффективность функционирования системы;
- определяют задание эффективности функционирования системы, на которую может оказываться влияние посредством набора параметров;
- формируют исходную совокупность наборов значений параметров, причем каждый набор параметров включает в себя значение для каждого параметра, который должен быть использован при достижении требуемой эффективности функционирования системы;
- определяют для каждого набора значений параметров значение соответствия с точки зрения задания эффективности функционирования системы;
- идентифицируют сопряженные пары совокупности в соответствии с определенными соответствиями;
- формируют новую совокупность посредством пересечения сопряженных пар;
- повторяют определение значения соответствия для каждого набора значений параметров, идентификацию сопряженных пар и формирование новой совокупности до тех пор, пока конечный критерий не удовлетворяется; и
- конфигурируют систему в соответствии с выбранным одним из наборов параметров из конечной совокупности;
- при этом система содержит, по меньшей мере, один сканер записей, выполненный с возможностью создавать записанную сигнатуру для известного изделия, базу данных, выполненную с возможностью сохранять записанную сигнатуру для известного изделия, и тестовый сканер, выполненный с возможностью создавать сигнатуру для тестируемого изделия для сравнения с одной или более записанных сигнатур в базе данных.
11. Система по п.10, в которой конечный критерий включает в себя одно или более из фиксированного числа итераций, причем фиксированное число итераций соответствует данному результирующему событию; и шаблона поведения в значениях полного соответствия совокупности.
12. Система по п.11, в которой шаблоном поведения является конвергентное поведение.
13. Система по любому из пп.10, 11 или 12, дополнительно включающая в себя введение случайной мутации в ходе или после формирования новой совокупности.
14. Система по п.13, в которой мутация является несогласованной между итерациями.
15. Система по п.10, в которой каждый из сканера записей и тестового сканера выполнен с возможностью формировать сигнатуру для изделия посредством этапов, на которых:
- последовательно освещают множество областей изделия с помощью когерентного луча;
- собирают набор, содержащий группы точек данных, из сигналов, получаемых, когда когерентный луч рассеивается из различных областей изделия, при этом различные группы точек данных относятся к рассеянию из соответствующих различных областей изделия; и
- определяют сигнатуры изделия из набора групп точек данных.
16. Система по п.10, в которой задание эффективности функционирования системы включает в себя, по меньшей мере, одно из ширины распределения набора перекрестных сравнений между подписями изделия и разнесения распределения между результатами перекрестных сравнений для сравнений между сходными и несходными изделиями.
17. Система по п.10, в которой набор параметров включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один параметр, выбранный из группы, состоящей из порядка фильтра временной области, пространства возрастания и убывания фильтра временной области, порядка фильтра пространственной области, пространства возрастания и убывания в пространственной области, пространственного разрешения, сглаживающей функции, настройки кодера, размера блока, числа блоков, порядка полинома приближения, диапазона растягивания, порогового значения среднеквадратического отклонения, смещения от начального позиционирования, настройки фильтра удаления текста, порогового значения изображений и амплитуды масштаба.
18. Система по п.10, в которой набор параметров включает в себя параметры, которые относятся к обработке после захвата точек данных.
