Abstract
1. Винтовая нажимная пружина для поршневого кольца, предпочтительно из стали, в частности, из CrSi- или CrNi-стали, с покрытием, которое содержит несколько слоев CrN и слоев a-C:H:Me, причем число слоев составляет от 10 до 200, и слой CrN и a-C:H:Me имеют толщину от 30 до 100 нм.2. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на основу (10) винтовой нажимной пружины нанесен адгезионный слой из хрома (12), предпочтительно имеющий толщину от 0,01 до 0,5 мкм.3. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что наружный слой покрытия является слоем a-C:H толщиной предпочтительно от 0,1 до 5,0 мкм.4. Винтовая нажимная пружина по пп.1-3, отличающаяся темчтопокрытие в целом имеет толщину от 0,5 до 10 мкм.5. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что твердость CrN-слоя составляет 800-1900 HV 0.002, и/или твердость не содержащего металлов DLC-слоя составляет 1700-2900 HV 0.002, и/или твердость металлсодержащего DLC-слоя составляет 800-1600 HV 0.002.6. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п. 1 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий и/или не содержащий металла DLC-слой изготовлен способом PVD и/или PA-CVD.
Claims (6)
1. Винтовая нажимная пружина для поршневого кольца, предпочтительно из стали, в частности, из CrSi- или CrNi-стали, с покрытием, которое содержит несколько слоев CrN и слоев a-C:H:Me, причем число слоев составляет от 10 до 200, и слой CrN и a-C:H:Me имеют толщину от 30 до 100 нм.
2. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на основу (10) винтовой нажимной пружины нанесен адгезионный слой из хрома (12), предпочтительно имеющий толщину от 0,01 до 0,5 мкм.
3. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что наружный слой покрытия является слоем a-C:H толщиной предпочтительно от 0,1 до 5,0 мкм.
4. Винтовая нажимная пружина по пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие в целом имеет толщину от 0,5 до 10 мкм.
5. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что твердость CrN-слоя составляет 800-1900 HV 0.002, и/или твердость не содержащего металлов DLC-слоя составляет 1700-2900 HV 0.002, и/или твердость металлсодержащего DLC-слоя составляет 800-1600 HV 0.002.
6. Винтовая нажимная пружина по п. 1 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один металлсодержащий и/или не содержащий металла DLC-слой изготовлен способом PVD и/или PA-CVD.
