Abstract

1. Способ изготовления гибкого, абсорбирующего ленточного материала, состоящего из двух наружных текстильных слоев, между которыми введены два предварительно натянутых эластичных промежуточных слоя и секции суперабсорбирующего гранулята, изготовленного таким образом, что текстильный наружный слой сворачивают вокруг вытянутого в длину формовочного сердечника в рукав, который за счет уменьшения сечения формовочного сердечника зауживают и обвивают группами ненатянутых эластичных нитей или лент, в противоположных направлениях, с целью армирования рукава, на эти группы эластичных элементов наносят контактный клей и посредством растягивания на формовочном сердечнике в натянутом состоянии обеспечивают их контакт с рукавом первого наружного слоя, им обоим в процессе дальнейшего поступательного движения рукава по формовочному сердечнику придают плоскую форму и, подавая перемежающимся образом или непрерывно отдельные полоски суперабсорбента, соединяют с двумя лентами второго наружного слоя и разрезают вдоль на отдельные ленты, эластичные в поперечном направлении.2. Способ изготовления гибкого, абсорбирующего ленточного материала, состоящего из двух наружных текстильных слоев, между которыми введены два предварительно натянутых эластичных промежуточных слоя и секции суперабсорбирующего гранулята, изготовленного таким образом, что текстильный наружный слой сворачивают вокруг вытянутого в длину формовочного сердечника в рукав, который за счет уменьшения сечения формовочного сердечника зауживают и обвивают группами ненатянутых эластичных нитей или лент, в противоположных направлениях, с целью армирования рукава, на эти группы эластичных элементов наносят контактный клей и посредством растягивания на формовочном сердечнике в натянутом состоянии обеспечивают их контакт с рукавом первого наружного слоя, им обоим в процессе дальнейшего поступательного движения рукава по формовочному сердечнику придают плоскую форму и, подавая перемежающимся образом или непрерывно отдельные полоски суперабсорбента, соединяют с двумя лентами второго наружного слоя и разрезают вдоль на отдельные ленты, эластичные в поперечном направлении.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что один из двух наружных слоев представляет собой пленку.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что эта пленка проницаема для водяного пара.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что вместо суперабсорбента вводят функционирующий иным образом гранулят.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что вместо гранулята вводят функциональный материал в форме хлопьев, пасты или волокон.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из наружных слоев водонепроницаем, но сочетание с контактным клеем делает его проницаемым.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один из наружных слоев водонепроницаем, но механическое давление или перфорирование во время соединения обоих наружных слоев придает ему точечную проницаемость.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что с первого слоя материала, используя предварительное натяжение нанесенных эластичных слоев, до соединения со вторым наружным слоем снимают натяжение и укорачивают первый слой таким образом, что материал полосы, получающийся таким образом в комбинации со второй наружной лентой материала, на стороне ленты, образованной первым наружным слоем, характеризуется повышенной складчатостью.
9. Способ по пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что на обращенную к суперабсорбенту сторону второго наружного слоя наносят дополнительный контактный клей для плоскостной фиксации суперабсорбента в сухом состоянии.
10. Эластичный, гибкий и абсорбирующий или резорбирующий материал в виде ленты, изготовленной по пп.1-9.
