Abstract
1. Устройство для тепловой сварки пластиковой пленки, в котором пластиковая пленка подается в продольном направлении и включает в себя противолежащие участки боковых краев, которые накладываются друг на друга и свариваются тепловой сваркой в продольном направлении, при этом устройство содержит:пару нагревателей, расположенных с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев и имеющих нагревательные поверхности для предварительного нагрева участков боковых краев, причем нагревательные поверхности расположены на расстоянии и напротив друг друга;множество всасывающих отверстий, образованных в каждой из нагревательных поверхностей;канал, образованный в каждом из нагревателей и сообщающийся с всасывающими отверстиями для всасывания в них воздуха с целью притягивания к ним участков боковых краев и обеспечения их контакта с нагревательными поверхностями; ипару прижимных роликов, расположенных по ходу за нагревателями с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев, так что участки боковых краев после их предварительного нагрева располагаются между прижимными роликами, соединяясь между собой посредством тепловой сварки.2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором всасывающие отверстия расположены на расстоянии друг от друга в направлении подачи пластиковой пленки.3. Claims (3)
1. Устройство для тепловой сварки пластиковой пленки, в котором пластиковая пленка подается в продольном направлении и включает в себя противолежащие участки боковых краев, которые накладываются друг на друга и свариваются тепловой сваркой в продольном направлении, при этом устройство содержит:
пару нагревателей, расположенных с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев и имеющих нагревательные поверхности для предварительного нагрева участков боковых краев, причем нагревательные поверхности расположены на расстоянии и напротив друг друга;
множество всасывающих отверстий, образованных в каждой из нагревательных поверхностей;
канал, образованный в каждом из нагревателей и сообщающийся с всасывающими отверстиями для всасывания в них воздуха с целью притягивания к ним участков боковых краев и обеспечения их контакта с нагревательными поверхностями; и
пару прижимных роликов, расположенных по ходу за нагревателями с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев, так что участки боковых краев после их предварительного нагрева располагаются между прижимными роликами, соединяясь между собой посредством тепловой сварки.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором всасывающие отверстия расположены на расстоянии друг от друга в направлении подачи пластиковой пленки.

Устройство для тепловой сварки пластиковой пленки, в котором пластиковая пленка подается в продольном направлении и включает в себя противолежащие участки боковых сторон, которые накладываются друг на друга и свариваются тепловой сваркой в продольном направлении пластиковой пленки, при этом устройство содержит:
пару нагревателей, расположенных с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев и имеющих нагревательные поверхности для предварительного нагрева участков боковых краев, причем нагревательные поверхности расположены на расстоянии и напротив друг друга;
удлиненный всасывающий паз, образованный в каждой из нагревательных поверхностей;
канал, образованный в каждом из нагревателей и сообщающийся с всасывающим пазом для всасывания в него воздуха с целью притягивания к нему участков боковых краев и обеспечения их контакта с нагревательными поверхностями; и
пару прижимных роликов, расположенных по ходу за нагревателями с противоположных сторон участков боковых краев, так что участки боковых краев после их предварительного нагрева располагаются между прижимными роликами, соединяясь между собой посредством тепловой сварки.
