Abstract
1. Способ склеивания двух субстратов, причем на первом субстрате нанесен клей с весом слоя менее 2 г/м, этот субстрат соединен со вторым субстратом из термопластичного синтетического материала в форме пленки, причем поверхность второго субстрата переведена в размягченное состояние путем нагрева, и субстраты до, во время и/или непосредственно после нагрева склеены друг с другом путем давления.2. Способ согласно п. 1, отличающийся тем, что второй субстрат представляет собой пленку из синтетического материала с точкой размягчения ниже 200°С.3. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что клей выбирают из термопластичных клеев или структурированных клеев в форме, содержащей растворители, водной или не содержащей растворители.4. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят обработкой плазмой, лазером, пламенем, ультразвуком, ближним ИК-излучением или ИК-излучением.5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят непосредственно перед склеиванием под давлением.6. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят до температуры в диапазоне +/-40°С от точки размягчения второго субстрата, в частности, +/-20°С.7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что первый субстрат при температуре нагрева не имеет термопластичной поверхности.8. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что склеивают два субстрата в форме пленки.9. Композитное тело, включающее, по меньшей мере, два субстрата, склеенных слоем клея, изготовленное по одному из пп. 1-7, отличающееся тем, что слой клея составляет менее 2 г/м.10. Claims (12)
1. Способ склеивания двух субстратов, причем на первом субстрате нанесен клей с весом слоя менее 2 г/м2, этот субстрат соединен со вторым субстратом из термопластичного синтетического материала в форме пленки, причем поверхность второго субстрата переведена в размягченное состояние путем нагрева, и субстраты до, во время и/или непосредственно после нагрева склеены друг с другом путем давления.
2. Способ согласно п. 1, отличающийся тем, что второй субстрат представляет собой пленку из синтетического материала с точкой размягчения ниже 200°С.
3. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что клей выбирают из термопластичных клеев или структурированных клеев в форме, содержащей растворители, водной или не содержащей растворители.
4. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят обработкой плазмой, лазером, пламенем, ультразвуком, ближним ИК-излучением или ИК-излучением.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят непосредственно перед склеиванием под давлением.
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что нагрев проводят до температуры в диапазоне +/-40°С от точки размягчения второго субстрата, в частности, +/-20°С.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что первый субстрат при температуре нагрева не имеет термопластичной поверхности.
8. Способ по одному из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что склеивают два субстрата в форме пленки.
9. Композитное тело, включающее, по меньшей мере, два субстрата, склеенных слоем клея, изготовленное по одному из пп. 1-7, отличающееся тем, что слой клея составляет менее 2 г/м2.
10. Композитное тело по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что слой клея составляет менее 1 г/м2.
11. Композитное тело по одному из пп. 9 и 10, отличающееся тем, что второй субстрат представляет собой гибкую термопластичную пленку синтетического материала, а первый субстрат выбирают из бумаги, металла, пластмассы или многослойных субстратов.
12. Композитное тело по одному из пп. 9 и 10, отличающееся тем, что композитное тело - это гибкая пленка.
