Abstract

1. Способ получения микроволокнистой нетканой ткани, который содержит следующие стадии:a) получение войлока иглопробиванием бикомпонентного волокна типа "остров-в-море",b) горячая пропитка указанного войлока водным раствором поливинилового спирта (ПВС), имеющего степень омыления, по меньшей мере, 94%, или горячая пропитка указанного войлока водой и затем холодная пропитка полиуретаном (ПУ),с) удаление компонента "моря" из промежуточного продукта стадии b),d) пропитка микроволокнистого промежуточного продукта ПУ,е) фиксирование ПУ с микроволокнистым промежуточным продуктом с помощью коагуляции и удаление ПВС, возможно введенного на стадии b),f) зашкуривание таким образом полученного материала на одной или обеих сторонах, окрашивание и расщепление, предпочтительно, выполняемые в определенном порядке.2.
