Claims (32)
1. Способ соединения двух предметов (1 и 5), включающий в себя этапы, на которых:
обеспечивают наличие двух предметов (1, 5), причем один из двух предметов (1, 5) содержит первый материал, и другой из двух предметов (1, 5) содержит второй материал, при этом первый материал является твердым и обладает термопластичными свойствами, и второй материал является твердым и проницаемым для упомянутого первого материала в расплавленном состоянии, при этом один из двух предметов (1, 5) дополнительно имеет отверстие (2) с глубиной (D), и другой из двух предметов (1, 5) дополнительно содержит вставную часть (6) с длиной (L), причем отверстие (2) и вставная часть (6) выполнены так, что обеспечена возможность размещения вставной части (6) в отверстии (2) с созданием посадки с натягом, при этом упомянутые первый и второй материалы составляют по меньшей мере часть прижатых друг к другу в упомянутой посадке с натягом противоположных участков поверхностей вставной части (6) и отверстия (2),
создают посадку с натягом посредством размещения вставной части (6) в отверстии (2) и приложения запрессовочного усилия (20),
после создания посадки с натягом закрепляют вставную часть (6) в отверстии (2) посредством передачи энергии, подходящей для расплавления первого материала, в зону упомянутых противоположных участков поверхностей в количестве и времени, достаточном для расплавления первого материала и взаимопроникновения первого и второго материалов в зоне упомянутых противоположных участков поверхностей,
останавливают передачу энергии на время, достаточное для повторного отверждения первого материала, расплавленного на этапе закрепления.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором передаваемая на этапе закрепления энергия представляет собой энергию механической вибрации.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором в дополнение к энергии механической вибрации к посадке с натягом прикладывают сдвигающее усилие (22), действующее между двумя предметами (1, 5).
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором вставную часть (6) размещают внутри отверстия (2) так, что длина (L) оказывается, по существу, параллельной глубине (D), и создают посадку с натягом между боковыми сторонами (7) вставной части (6) и боковой стенкой (3) отверстия (2).
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором посадку с натягом создают посредством запрессовки вставной части (6) в отверстие (2) посредством запрессовочного усилия (20), направленного, по существу, параллельно длине (L) и глубине (D) и приложенного к проксимальной поверхности (9) одного из двух предметов (1, 5).
6. Способ по любому из пп. 3-5, в котором сдвигающее усилие (22) направлено, по существу, параллельно длине (L) и глубине (D) и приложено к проксимальной поверхности (9) одного из двух предметов (1, 5).
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором вызванное сдвигающим усилием (22) перемещение двух предметов (1, 5) относительно друг друга предотвращено или ограничено на этапе закрепления.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором упомянутое перемещение предотвращено или ограничено дистальным концом (10) вставной части (6), размещенной с упором в дно (4) отверстия (2), сужением (41) в поперечном сечении отверстия или вспомогательным упором (40), расположенным в отверстии (2).
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором один из двух предметов (1, 5), который имеет отверстие (2), также содержит второй материал, причем другой из двух предметов (1, 5), который содержит вставную часть (6), также содержит первый материал.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 2-9, в котором запрессовочное усилие (20), энергию механической вибрации и, в случае необходимости, сдвигающее усилие (22) прилагают к одному из двух предметов (1, 5), который содержит вставную часть (6) и первый материал.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 9-10, в котором один из двух предметов (1, 5), содержащий первый материал, полностью выполнен из первого материала.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 9-10, в котором один из двух предметов (1, 5), содержащий первый материал, дополнительно содержит сердцевину (82) из дополнительного материала, который не размягчается или не расплавляется в условиях, создаваемых на этапе закрепления.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 9-12, в котором боковые стороны вставной части (6) содержат направляющие энергию элементы в форме выступов, проходящих, по существу, параллельно длине (L).
14. Способ по любому из пп. 4-13, в котором отверстие (2) и вставная часть (5) выполнены по существу цилиндрическими или коническими.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором второй материал является твердым на этапе создания посадки с натягом и этапе закрепления.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором упомянутый второй материал представляет собой материал из группы, содержащей волокнистый материал, пористый материал и материал с проницаемыми структурами поверхности.
17. Способ по п. 15 или 16, в котором второй материал представляет собой материал из группы, содержащей древесно-стружечную плиту, волокнистую плиту, древесину, фанеру и картон.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 1-17, в котором первый материал содержит термопластичный полимер, модуль упругости которого составляет по меньшей мере 0,5 ГПа.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором упомянутый первый материал дополнительно содержит наполнитель.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 1-19, в котором поперечные сечения вставной части (6) и отверстия (2) выполнены с неодинаковой формой так, что посадка с натягом осуществляется только на частях контура упомянутых поперечных сечений.
21. Способ по любому из пп. 1-20, в котором сопряжение поперечных сечений вставной части (6) и отверстия (2) различно по глубине (D) отверстия (2) так, что посадка с натягом осуществляется только на заранее заданных участках вдоль этой глубины.
22. Способ по п. 21, в котором посадка с натягом осуществляется только на участках, не доходящих до устья упомянутого отверстия, причем устье отверстия предпочтительно, по существу, располагается за пределами посадки с натягом.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 1-22, в котором вставная часть имеет внутреннее отверстие (70), доступное с проксимальной стороны одного из упомянутых предметов, который содержит вставную часть (6), причем этап создания посадки с натягом включает в себя подэтапы, на которых вставную часть (6) размещают относительно отверстия (2) и затем во внутреннее отверстие (70) вставляют расширительный элемент (71) для расширения вставной части (6) внутри отверстия (2) для создания упомянутой посадки с натягом.
24. Аппарат для осуществления способа по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащий средства (21, 91) для вставки вставной части (6) в отверстие (2) для создания посадки с натягом и закрепляющее средство (21) для осуществления этапа закрепления.
25. Аппарат по п. 24, содержащий вставляющую установку с упомянутыми вставляющими средствами и закрепляющую установку, выполненную отдельно от нее.
26. Аппарат по п. 25, дополнительно содержащий конвейер для транспортирования вторых предметов из вставляющей установки в закрепляющую установку.
27. Аппарат по любому из пп. 24-26, дополнительно содержащий установку изготовления отверстий, содержащую средство (93) изготовления отверстий для изготовления отверстия до этапа вставки.
28. Комплект, содержащий аппарат по п. 27 и дополнительно содержащий совокупность первых предметов, причем вставные части (6) первых предметов (5) и средство (93) для изготовления отверстий выполнены так, что вставка вставной части (6) в упомянутое отверстие (2) обеспечивает создание посадки с натягом.
