Claims (41)
1. Антипригарное покрытие (2), содержащее по меньшей мере один функционально-декоративный слой (20), характеризующееся тем, что декоративный слой (20) содержит пигментную композицию, демонстрирующую обратимое изменение оптических и/или колориметрических характеристик, когда покрытие (2) подвергают, частично или полностью, воздействию изменения температуры между низкой температурой и высокой температурой, при этом низкая температура находится в диапазоне от 0°С до 40°С, а высокая температура находится в диапазоне от 80°С до 400°С, и тем, что пигментная композиция содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение формулы (I), представленное в виде частиц:

М выбран из группы, состоящей из лантаноидов, щелочных металлов, щелочноземельных металлов и металлоидов со степенью окисления +3;
Q выбран из группы, состоящей из лантаноидов, неметаллов со степенью окисления +4, металлов со степенью окисления +3 или +4, переходных металлов со степенью окисления +2 или +4, щелочноземельных металлов и щелочных металлов;
x составляет от 0 до 0,3; и
y составляет от 0 до 3.
2. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1, где
М выбран из группы, состоящей из La, Ce, Са и Sr, а также их комбинаций, и
Q выбран из группы, состоящей из Si, Al, Ga, Ge, Ti, Cr, Ca, Sr и La, а также их комбинаций.
3. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где соединение формулы (I) обладает структурой типа граната.
4. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где соединение формулы (I) выбрано из следующих соединений:

5. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где у составляет от 0 до 0,5.
6. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где высокая температура находится в диапазоне между 120°С и 240°С.
7. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где декоративный слой (20) не содержит термостойкого связующего.
8. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где декоративный слой (20) содержит дополнительно к пигментной композиции по меньшей мере одно термостойкое связующее.
9. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 8, где термостойкое связующее выбрано из группы, состоящей из эмалей, фторуглеродных смол (взятых по отдельности или в смеси), неорганических полимеров или органо-неорганических гибридных полимеров, синтезированных при помощи золь-гель способа, силиконов, силиконовых полиэфиров, полиимидов, полифениленсульфидов (ПФС), полиэтиленсульфидов (ПЭС), полиэфирэфиркетонов (ПЭЭК), полиэфиркетонов (ПЭК), полиамид-имидов (ПАИ), фторсиликонов и полибензимидазолов (ПБИ), а также их смесей.
10. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 1 или 2, где пигментная композиция также содержит по меньшей мере одно дополнительное термохромное соединение.
11. Покрытие (2) согласно п. 10, где пигментная композиция также содержит оксид висмута.
12. Изделие (1), характеризующееся тем, что оно включает субстрат (3), имеющий две противоположные поверхности (31, 32), по меньшей мере одна из которых покрыта покрытием (2), которое определено согласно любому из пп. 1-11.
13. Изделие (1) согласно п. 12, характеризующееся тем, что оно является кухонным изделием, где субстрат (3) имеет вогнутую внутреннюю поверхность (31), предназначенную для расположения со стороны, с которой можно помещать пищу в изделие (1), и выпуклую наружную поверхность (32), предназначенную для расположения со стороны источника тепла.
