Claims (24)

1. Покровная композиция, содержащая:
(a) полимер на водной основе, изготовленный путем эмульсионной полимеризации;
(b) множество расширяющихся микросфер, имеющих температуру T0 начала расширения и температуру Tm максимального расширения; и
(c) необязательную добавку,
в которой полимер имеет модуль упругости, составляющий менее чем 0,3 МПа, и значение tanδ, составляющее более чем 0,35 в средней точке между Tm и T0 расширяющихся микросфер, т.е. при [T0+(Tm-T0)/2].
2. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер имеет модуль упругости, составляющий менее чем 0,2 МПа, и tanδ, составляющий более чем 0,4.
3. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер на водной основе имеет абсолютный наклон графика зависимости логарифма модуля упругости от температуры, составляющий более чем 0,014.
4. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер на водной основе выбирается из группы, которую составляют дисперсия сополимера этилена и винилацетата, поливинилацетат, сополимер винилацетата и винилового спирта, стабилизированный декстрином поливинилацетат, сополимеры винилацетата, сополимеры этилена и винилацетата, винилакриловый, стиролакриловый, акриловый, стиролбутиловый каучук, полиуретан и их смеси.
5. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой расширяющиеся микросферы имеют полимерную оболочку и углеводородную сердцевину.
6. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой расширяющиеся микросферы имеют T0, составляющую менее чем 80°C.
7. Покровная композиция по п. 1, в которой расширяющиеся микросферы имеют Tm, составляющую более чем 150°C.
8. Способ изготовления изделия, включающий следующие стадии:
(a) изготовление покровной композиции, содержащей (i) полимер на водной основе, изготовленный эмульсионной полимеризацией, и (ii) множество расширяющихся микросфер, имеющих T0 и Tm; причем данный полимер имеет модуль упругости, составляющий менее чем 0,3 МПа, и значение tanδ, составляющее более чем 0,35 при [T0+(Tm-T0)/2];
(b) нанесение покрытия на подложку, которая представляет собой бумагу, картон, древесину, фольгу, пластмассу или пластмассовую пленку;
(c) высушивание покрытия до практически полного удаления воды, причем температура высушивания составляет менее чем T0; и
(d) расширение композиции при температуре, составляющей T0 или более.
9. Способ изготовления изделия, включающий следующие стадии:
(a) изготовление покровной композиции, содержащей (i) полимер на водной основе, изготовленный эмульсионной полимеризацией, и (ii) множество расширяющихся микросфер, имеющих T0 и Tm; причем данный полимер имеет модуль упругости, составляющий менее чем 0,3 МПа, и значение tanδ, составляющее более чем 0,35 в средней точке между Tm и T0 расширяющихся микросфер, т.е. при [T0+(Tm-T0)/2];
(b) нанесение покрытия на подложку, которая представляет собой бумагу, картон, древесину, фольгу, пластмассу или пластмассовую пленку;
(b1) необязательное высушивание покрытия до практически полного удаления воды, причем температура высушивания составляет менее чем T0;
(c) нанесение адгезивной композиции на другую часть первой подложки;
(d) необязательное высушивание покрытия для практически полного удаления воды, причем температура высушивания составляет менее чем T0;
(e) расширение композиции при температуре, составляющей T0 или более.
10. Изделие, содержащее подложку и покровную композицию по п. 1.
