Claims (9)
1. Способ производства, который повышает износостойкость нетканых текстильных изделий, применяемых в автомобильной отрасли, отличающийся тем, что включает технологические этапы:
смешивания (A) двух или более волокон, которые имеют отличные точки плавления,
применения операций разрыхления, кардочесания и иглопробивания к указанному волокну на линии производства (B) нетканого текстильного изделия,
сушки в сушильно-ширильной машине (C) без необходимости в применении какого-либо химического вещества.
2. Способ производства по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает технологический этап выполнения регулировки (D) фокусировки сопла с фокусировкой на самой нижней поверхности в нетканом участке и, таким образом, формированием теплового барьера и слоя пленки посредством достижения самой высокой температуры в этой точке.
3. Способ производства по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает технологический этап выполнения регулировки (E) скорости фиксации при значениях выше, чем обычная скорость сушки (+ 2–3 м/мин).
4. Способ производства по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает технологический этап смешивания (A) двухкомпонентного PES-волокна, имеющего низкую точку плавления, с PES-волокном, имеющим высокую точку плавления, в определенных пропорциях.
5. Способ производства по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что включает технологический этап смешивания двух или более волокон (A), имеющих отличные точки плавления, например 80% PES-волокна с 20% двухкомпонентного волокна.
6. Способ производства по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что включает технологический этап сушки в сушильно-ширильной машине (C) с помощью воздуха для сушки, который имеет более низкую температуру 20°C–30°C.
