Claims (34)
1. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия для покрытия донорной поверхности, выполненной с возможностью перемещения относительно указанного аппарата, слоем термопластичных частиц, при этом аппарат содержит
а) блок подачи термопластичных частиц, взвешенных в такой текучей среде, которая не смачивает донорную поверхность, при этом указанные частицы прилипают к донорной поверхности сильнее, чем друг к другу,
б) устройство для нанесения текучей среды на донорную поверхность таким образом, чтобы обеспечить прилипание частиц, взвешенных в текучей среде, к указанной поверхности с образованием на донорной поверхности по существу непрерывного покрытия из частиц, и
в) систему извлечения излишков, выполненную с возможностью извлечения текучей среды и удаления излишних частиц, не находящихся в непосредственном контакте с поверхностью, с тем чтобы оставить прилипающее к донорной поверхности покрытие, которое имеет глубину по существу только в одну частицу.
2. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 1, в котором устройство для нанесения содержит распылительную головку для распыления текучей среды и взвешенных частиц непосредственно на донорную поверхность.
3. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 1, в котором устройство для нанесения содержит вращающийся аппликатор, выполненный с возможностью нанесения текучей среды и взвешенных частиц на донорную поверхность.
4. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 3, в котором аппликатор представляет собой цилиндрическую губку.
5. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 3, в котором аппликатор имеет множество гибких полосок, проходящих в радиальном направлении от вращающейся оси.
6. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 4 или 5, в котором губка или гибкие полоски изготовлены из пенопласта с закрытыми порами.
7. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором устройство для нанесения и система извлечения излишков независимо размещены во внутренней камере корпуса, имеющего край, прилегающий к поверхности,
при этом указанный край выполнен с возможностью предотвращения выхода частиц из уплотнительного промежутка, образованного между краем корпуса и донорной поверхностью.
8. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 7, в котором на краю установлена лопатка обтирочного устройства для предотвращения выхода частиц и/или вытекания текучей среды со стороны впуска аппарата для нанесения покрытия.
9. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 7 или 8, в котором система извлечения излишков содержит всасывающее средство, соединенное с корпусом, для извлечения из камеры излишней распыленной текучей среды и частиц, взвешенных в указанной распыленной текучей среде.
10. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из пп. 7-9, в котором на краю корпуса выполнен проточный проход для текучей среды для обеспечения удаления текучей среды по меньшей мере из участков уплотнительного промежутка, расположенных по течению после устройства для нанесения, или для обеспечения введения текучей среды в указанные по меньшей мере участки уплотнительного промежутка.
11. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 10, зависящего от п. 9, в котором проточный проход для текучей среды соединен с указанным всасывающим средством или со вторым всасывающим средством системы извлечения излишков для удаления из указанного промежутка любой текучей среды, которая в противном случае выходила бы из внутренней камеры через указанный промежуток.
12. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 10, в котором проточный проход для текучей среды соединен с блоком подачи газа под давлением выше атмосферного,
при этом газ не содержит взвешенных частиц, так что текучая среда, в которой взвешены частицы, лишена возможности покинуть внутреннюю камеру через указанный промежуток вследствие того, что давление в таком промежутке выше, чем давление во внутренней камере.
13. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором текучая среда, в которой взвешены частицы, представляет собой газ, предпочтительно воздух.
14. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 13, в котором частицы увлекаются потоком указанного газа посредством эффекта Вентури.
15. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из пп. 1-12, в котором текучая среда, в которой взвешены частицы, представляет собой жидкость.
16. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 15, в котором обеспечена возможность всасывания жидкости с поверхности посредством системы извлечения излишков таким образом, что слой частиц при выходе из указанного аппарата является по меньшей мере частично сухим или по существу сухим.
17. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором частицы, извлекаемые с помощью системы извлечения текучей среды, возвращаются в устройство нанесения.
18. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором частицы содержат термопластичный полимер и, при необходимости, окрашивающее вещество.
19. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 18, в котором частицы являются по существу сферическими.
20. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 18, в котором частицы имеют форму плоских пластинок.
21. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по п. 20, дополнительно содержащий секцию полирования.
22. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором устройство для нанесения, система извлечения излишков и при необходимости секция полирования находятся внутри одного корпуса.
23. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий нагреватель для нагревания донорной поверхности после того, как покрытие из частиц уже нанесено.
24. Аппарат для нанесения покрытия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий охладитель для охлаждения донорной поверхности перед нанесением на нее частиц.
25. Способ покрытия донорной поверхности слоем термопластичных частиц, согласно которому:
а) обеспечивают подачу термопластичных частиц, взвешенных в такой текучей среде, которая не смачивает донорную поверхность, при этом указанные частицы прилипают к поверхности сильнее, чем друг к другу,
б) наносят текучую среду на донорную поверхность посредством аппликатора для нанесения частиц таким образом, чтобы обеспечить прилипание частиц, взвешенных в текучей среде, к донорной поверхности с образованием на указанной поверхности по существу непрерывного покрытия из частиц при перемещении поверхности относительно аппликатора для нанесения частиц, и
в) извлекают текучую среду и излишки частиц, которые не находятся в непосредственном контакте с донорной поверхностью, с тем чтобы оставить прилипающее к указанной поверхности покрытие, которое имеет глубину по существу только в одну частицу.
26. Способ по п. 25, реализованный в аппарате по любому из пп. 1-24.
