Abstract

FIELD: agriculture, particular, methods of production of biocomposts based on processing of fish, food and paper and pulp production wastes. SUBSTANCE: method of production of AUROS and KUMIPOL versions of biocompost includes mixing of composted substrate with organic filler and subsequent composting of initial mixture by aerobix treatment. Novelty consists in that in one version, composted substrate in used in form of preliminarily crushed fish raw material, mainly, wastes of fish processing, and in the other version, composted substrate, is used form of food wastes, and organic filler is used in form of fibrous shaving from wastes of paper and pulp production. The wastes of paper and pulp production is preliminarily dewatered, granulated or tableted and dried to moisture content of 2.5-5.5%. EFFECT: provision of production of a new type of high-quality organic fertilizer for agricultural purposes with simultaneous utilization of wastes of fish, food and paper and pulp production.

Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а более конкретно к способам получения биокомпостов не основе переработки рыбных, пищевых отходов и отходов целлюлозно-бумажного производства. Способ предусматривает смешивание компостируемого субстрата с органическим наполнителем и последующее компостирование исходной смеси путем аэробной обработки. Новым является то, что в одном варианте в качестве компостируемого субстрата используют предварительно измельченное рыбное сырье, преимущественно отходы рыбоперерабатывающего производства, во втором - пищевые отходы, а в качестве органического наполнителя - волокнистый окоп из отходов целлюлозно-бумажного производства, при этом последний предварительно обезвоживают, гранулирует или таблетируют и высушивают до влажности 2,5 - 5,5%. Изобретение позволяет обеспечить воспроизведение нового вида высококачественного органического удобрения для нужд сельского хозяйства с одновременной утилизацией отходов рыбоперерабатывающего, пищеперерабатывающего и целлюлозно-бумажного производства.The invention relates to agriculture, and more particularly to methods for producing biocomposts not based on the processing of fish, food waste and waste paper pulp and paper.
