Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لإنتاج بوليمرات مشتركة كتلة عديد إثير كربونات- عديد أوكسي ميثيلين polyethercarbonate-polyoxymethylene block copolymers، تشمل خطوة بلمرة فورمالدهيد formaldehyde، حيث يتم بلمرة الفورمالدهيد في وجود عديد إثير كربونات polyethercarbonate له ذرة هيدروجين hydrogen (H) نشطة Zerewitinoff واحدة على الأقل، التي تنتج منتج المركب الوسطي. قد يتفاعل بصورة إضافية منتج المركب الوسطي الناتج مع إستر حمض كربوكسيليك carboxylic acid ester دائري أو إسترات حمض كربونيك carbonic acid esters، anhydride دائري، إبوكسيد epoxide، و/أو أيزوسيانات isocyanate، حيث يمكن الحصول على بوليمرات مشتركة كتلة عديد إثير كربونات- عديد أوكسي ميثيلين معدلة مع NCO أو لها وظيفية كربوكسي carboxy أو هيدروكسي hydroxy. يتعلق الاختراع الحالي إضافيا ببوليمرات مشتركة كتلة عديد إثير كربونات- عديد أوكسي ميثيلين يمكن الحصول عليها بواسطة هذه الطريقة وباستخدامها لإنتاج بوليمرات عديد يوريثان polyurethane. الشكل 1.
