Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتهيئة مصدر ضوء بطول موجي مفرد single-wavelength light source لتوليد مصدر ضوء استثارة excitation light source . يكون حامل عينات sample holder يحدد تجويف داخلي قادر على حمل عينة ويتضمن سطح شفاف لمصدر ضوء الاستثارة. يتم تثبيت واحدة أو أكثر من القواعد mounts في واحد على الأقل من مصدر ضوء أو حامل العينة. تتم تهيئة القواعد لتغيير زاوية سقوط مصدر ضوء الاستثارة على السطح. ويتم وضع واحد أو أكثر من المكونات الضوئية optical components في مسار انبعاث متألق فلوري fluorescence emission path منبعث من السطح ويوجه الانبعاث المتألق الفلوري إلى كاشف detector. ويكشف الكاشف شدة الانبعاث المتألق الفلوري. شكل 1.
