Description
507 295 2 Alla kända värmeisoleringsformkroppar har den nackdelen att de är kostsamma att tillverka eller inte fullständigt motsvarar tryck- och styvhetskraven.
Till grund för uppfinningen låg därför uppgiften att eliminera dessa nackdelar och åstadkomma en värmeisoleringsformkropp som är lätt att tillverka och som trots detta motsvarar kraven.
Denna uppgift löses i enlighet med uppfinningen därigenom att åtminstone frontytorna på höljet består av material som är en dålig värmeledare, att det mikroporösa värmeisoleringsmateria- let består av tryckfast och till torrhet vârmebehandlade (ausgeheizten) finfibriga mikroglasfibrer och att de fin- fibriga mikroglasfibrerna i en kompression utformas såsom skivrumsform (Paneelen-Raumform) genom sammanpressning.
I en utföringsform av uppfinningen föreslås att kompressionen av mikroglasfibrerna såsom skivrumsform sker utan bindemedel.
Därigenom erhåller man en skiva som har öppna porer och som väsentligt underlättar evakueringen av värmeisoleringsform- kroppen. Dessutom kan man notera med tanke på miljöfördragbar- heten, att skivan utan bindemedel fullständigt kan tillföras en återvinningsprocess. Den låter sig också bearbetas så att den kan finna användning i en ny isoleringskropp av en annan rumslig utformning.
För att erhålla en optimering mellan styvhet och värmeled- ningsförmåga används lämpligtvis olika fiberdiametrar och -längder. Under denna förutsättning bör mikroglasfibrerna övervägande ha en diameter i storleksordningen dl = 0,1 x 1O'3 mm respektive dz = 8 x lO'3 mm.
Samtidigt bör fiberlängderna huvudsakligen ligga mellan 0,04 mm och 6 mm. Användningen av mikroglasfibrer med diametrar och längder utanför ovan nämnda områden är visserligen också möjlig, men leder dock till förluster med avseende på styvhet och/eller värmeledningsförmåga.
S07 295 3 För att dra nytta av det gynnasamma IR-reflektionsbeteendet hos reflekterande folier föreslås att skivornas sidoytor förses med perforerade, reflekterande folier. Perforeringen av folierna är nödvändig för att det annars gynnsamma evakue- ringsbeteendet hos värmeisoleringsformkropparna på grund av skivornas öppna porer inte ska påverkas negativt.
För att ytterligare kunna förhöja isoleringsegenskaperna respektive vridstyvheten, föreslås i ytterligare en utförings- form av uppfinningen att åtminstone två skivor är anordnade på varandra och att mellan två skivor det finns anordnat åtmin- stone ett tryckfast avståndshållarplan.
För att inte försämra tryckhållfastheten hos de av en skiva bestående värmeisoleringsformkropparna, måste avståndshållar- planen motsvara åtminstone tryckhållfastheten för varje skiva.
För detta ändamål föreslås företrädesvis avståndshållarplan av syntetmaterial såsom perforerade dubbellivplattor (Doppelsteg- platten) med olika utformade liv. Det är emellertid också möjligt att utforma avståndshållarplanen såsom perforerade bikakevävnader. Även här bör man lägga vikt vid en perforering av avståndshållarplanen med tanke på värmeisoleringsformkrop- parnas goda evakuerbarhet. Ett sådant avståndshållarplan kan uppta den större delen av en värmeisoleringsformkropps volym.
Stödliven i sådana avståndshållarplan ska vara få till an- talet, för att hålla nere värmeledningen. Också här liksom vid skivorna kan ett hölje förses med en reflekterande och perfo- rerad folie eller en reflekterande beläggning, för att mini- mera strålningsandelen i värmeöverföringen.
Med värmeisoleringsformkroppen enligt uppfinningen låter sig formdelar i godtycklig utformning tillverkas. Såsom formar är det tänkbart med panelade planelement i plan och rumsligt krökt form, rör, lådor i integrerat byggsätt osv.
Uppfinningen belyses i det följande i anslutning till rit- ningarna med hjälp av utföringsexempel. I figurerna visas betecknad med 8 värmeisoleringsformkroppar bestående av höljet 1 med evakueringsstosen 7, skivan 4 och den mellan skivan 4 och höljet 1 liggande perforerade reflek- terande folien 2. Med 3 betecknas värmeisoleringsformkroppar- nas 8 dåligt värmeledande frontytor.

Mellan avstånds- hállarplanen 5 och skivorna 4,4' finns likaledes en perfore- rad, reflekterande folie 9 anordnad. I Figur 3 visas förutom avståndshållarplanet 5 ett tillkommande avståndshållarplan 5' med liv 6'. Detta dubbla avståndshållarplan tjänar till ytter- ligare viktsinbesparing såväl som en tillkommande styvhet i värmeisoleringsformkroppen 8.
Claims (3)
1. 5107 295 5 1. Vârmeisolerande formkropp innefattande ett hölje (1) som är evakuerbart, och ett mikroporöst värmeisoleringsmaterial i skivform, där skivformen erhållits i ett kompressionssteg genom sammanpressning; k à n n e t e c k n a d a v åtminstone två skivor (4, 4') av nämnda Värmeisole- ringsmaterial vilket innefattar till torrhet vârmebehandlade, finfibriga mikroglasfibrer; åtminstone ett tryckfast distanshàllarplan (5; 5') anordnat mellan nämnda tvâ skivor (4, 4'); och av att höljet omger distanshàllarplanetæn) (5; 5') och skivorna (4, 4'), och innefattar material som leder värme dåligt åtminstone vid sina frontytor.
2. Värmeisoleringsformkropp enligt krav 1, k ä n n e - t e c k n a d av att sammanpressningen av mikroglasfibrerna till sin skivform (4) sker utan bindemedel.
3. Värmeisoleringsformkropp enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att det mikroporösa Värmeisolerings- materialet innefattar en blandning av finfibriga mikroglas- fibrer med olika diametrar och olika fiberlângder. 507 295 6 4.
