Description
513 327 feriellt ringformigt fördelade fack 9-9G kan därvid vara anordnade att omsluta åtminstone ett mittbeläget mittfack 10, såsom exempelvis visas på ritningarna.
Antingen kan en behållare bestå både av en neder- del 6 och en överdel 7, såsom exempelvis visas i fig. 6, och som vardera uppvisar till dess respektive hölje 8 integrerad gavel 3, 2. Sagda behàllardelar 6, 7 är anslutna till varandra, exempelvis genom limning, svetsning såsom t.ex. ultraljudssvetsning, vibre- ring, laser, så att större delen av såväl delarnas radiella som periferiella fackindelningsväggar ll resp. 12 är inbördes för- bundna med varandra, sett utmed behàllarens mittaxel C.
Till en ifrågavarande nederdel 6 och/eller en överdel 7 kan ett fackindelat hölje vara anslutet, i syfte att bilda en förlängning av behållaren l, antingen en mittbelägen behàllardel 13, exempelvis såsom visas i fig. 6A, eller som en ändförlängd behållardel 13A, l3B, exempelvis sásom visas i fig. 6B resp. 6C.
Kommunikation möjliggöres fritt mellan de olika invändiga fluidummottagningsavsedda längsgående facken 9-10 in- vändigt i behållaren 1, exempelvis via förbindelseöppningar 14, 15, 14A, 15A, 14B, l5B, som sträcker sig genom ifrågavarande fackväggar ll, 12 och/eller genom en integrerad gavel 2, 3 eller en monterbar gavel 4, 5, exempelvis periferiellt respektive radiellt.
En separat till en behållares hölje 8 monterbar gavel 4, 5 kan vara utformad på varierande sätt. Exempelvis kan en gavel 5 bildas av ett flertal s.k. periferiella förslutningar 16, 16A-16G, vilka kan vara jämnt fördelade kring en mittbelägen förslutning 17. Ytterformen hos respektive förslutning 16-17 är väsentligen kongruent med fackens 9-10 invändiga omkretsform, d.v.s. att förslutningarna 16-17 är formanpassade och uppvisar komplementär form till tillhörande fack 9-10.
En dylik gavel kan även bildas av ett flertal separata förslutningar, vilka kan vara anordnade skilda åt från varandra utan några förbindningar mellan desamma.
Vidare kan de sagda fackförslutningarna 16-17 vara inbördes förbundna med varandra, exempelvis medelst förbindelse- tungor 18, 19, vilka sträcker sig periferiellt mellan ytterför- slutningarna 16-16G, liknande ett armband, och radiellt mellan 514 szvtïßfin sagda ytterförslutningar 16-l6G och mittförslutning 17, varvid förbindning ej är nödvändig till mittförslutningen 17 för varje ytterförslutning 16-l6G. Huvudsaken är att gaveln 5 haller ihop före dess montering och fastsättning till höljet 8 ifràga.
Fastsättning av en dylik separat gavel 4, 5 kan även ske pà enligt ovan sagt sätt där man fäster samman exempel- vis parvisa behàllardelar 6, 7 med eventuellt förekommande mellankopplingsdel 13, exempelvis genom limning, svetsning sásom t.ex. ultraljudssvetsning, vibrering, laser eller pà annat lämp- ligt sätt. - _ .. _.. - De sagda förbindelseöppningarna 14, 15; 14A, 15A, l4B, l5B sträcker sig genom gavelanslutbara väggar ll, 12 vid fackförslutningsavsedd ände 6A, 7B hos avsedd(-a)-del(-ar) 6, 7.
Exempelvis kan sagda öppningar sträcka-sig genom ett antal radiella förbindelseväggar ll samt genom mittfacksvägg 12.
Vid sammankoppling av en lös gavel 5, exempelvis av det slag som visas enligt fig. 4 och 5, kan sagda öppningar 14, 15 vara av det slaget att de vidgar sig i riktning mot dess öppna ände, varigenom vid nedföring av öppningarna 14, 15 rela- tivt gaveln 5, ett till gavelförbindelsetungorna 18, 19 forman- passat ytterfästparti 20 hos respektive öppning 14, 15 grenslar över var sin av sagda tungor 18, 19. Därigenom kvarhàlles gaveln 5 invändigt i behàllardelen, samtidigt som passage mellan de sagda invändiga facken 9-9G i bildad behàllare tillàtes genom det övre smalare partiet 21, som bildar sagda öppningar 14, 15. _ De i fig. 6 visade öppningarna 14A, 15A kan bildas av genom fackväggar ll, 12 sig sträckande öppningar 14B, 15B, vilka kvarstár i väsentligen oförändrad form efter sammanpress- ning och hopfogning av deländarna 6A, 7B till varandra.
Eventuellt kan även en s.k. skarvmellandel använ- das, och som kan bildas av en ring med passande fack för mottag- ning av respektive sammanfogad dels väggar fràn sagda dels var- andra motstàende ändar.
Sàledes möjliggöres att àstadkommas en behållare, som med fördel kan framställas av plastmaterial, eller annat lämpligt material, företrädesvis genom formsprutning, formgjut- ning eller pà annat liknande sätt.
Ett fackindelat rör bildat av en nederdel 6 med integrerad botten 3, sásom visas i fig. 6, kan genom uppfinningen 534 327 fäñ; f f _ fr: I rm «< vara fastsatt till en motsvarande överdel 7, sà att större delen av rörets fackväggar 8, ll, l2 är fast ansluten till överdelen med sammanfogning utmed i huvudsak hela viddutsträckningen av sagda väggar mellan delarna, vilket krävs för att man skall kunna klara höga tryck samt för att krypdeformationer skall kunna ske jämnt i konstruktionen och ej ge upphov till lokala s.k. punkt- deformationer och därmed risk för läckage.
Anslutes ej sagda fackväggar 8, ll, 12 eller àt- minstone del därav till varandra i axiell riktning utmed avsedd behållare l, sà klarar ej behållaren annat än mycket låga tryck.
Relationen är nämligen direkt proportionell till radien: radien kärl/rör resp. radien för facket.
Användningsomràdena för behállare l av enligt upp- finningen avsett slag kan sägas vara sà gott som obegränsade.
Exempelvis kan nämnas kemikalier, sàsom t.ex. frätande vätska eller syra som i dagsläget mottages i glasbehàllare, vätska eller gas av varierande slag, tryckluft, brandskyddsmedel m.m.
För att underlätta handhavandet av behållaren l kan ett handtag 22 vara anordnat vid behállarens ena ände 1A.
En ventil 23 för att möjliggöra átminstone uttag- ning av fluidum från behállaren l kan exempelvis bildas av en komplett, exempelvis utvändigt gängförsedd del, som lämpligen införes frán behállardelens 7 nedre ände 7B, före dess igensätt- ning med gavel 4, i en passande, exempelvis gängad, urtagning 24 vid behàllardelens övre integrerade gavel 2, och sammanskruvas därmed.
En sàledes ekonomisk, säker och effektiv behållare bildas genom föreliggande uppfinning, som ej är begränsad till de- ovan sagda och de pà ritningarna visade utföringsexemplen, utan kan varieras inom ramen för patentkraven utan att uppfinnings- tanken fràngás.
Claims (15)
1. l. Tryckbehållare (l) för ett tryckfluidum, vilken uppvisar en vertikal mittaxel och vilken innefattar: en övre gavelvägg och en nedre gavelvägg, vilka är förbundna med varandra medelst ett av en vägg bestående mellanliggande öppet hölje, varvid sagda gavelväggar tillsluter sagda hölje och varvid sagda hölje uppvisar en yttre yta och en inre yta, vilka bildar en tvärgående höljesvägg; en rörformig del bestående av en vägg som upp- visar en periferiell yttre yta och en periferiell inre yta, varvid sagda rörformiga del är mottagen i sagda mellanliggande hölje och sträcker sig i mitten mellan var och en av sagda gavelväggar och därigenom avgränsar ett tillslutet, i mitten beläget fack, samt varvid sagda rörformiga dels sagda yttre och inre periferiella ytor bildar en tvärgående vägg, vars tjocklek är lika med tjockleken på sagda höljes tvärgående vägg; och ett antal skiljeväggar som sträcker sig radiellt mellan sagda mellanliggande höljes inre yta och den rörformiga delens yttre periferiella yta, varvid sagda skiljeväggar är utformade i ett stycke med sagda hölje och rörformiga del och är belägna på inbördes lika avstånd från varandra, så att sagda tillslutna mellanliggande hölje indelas i ett flertal intill varandra belägna, i längdriktningen sig sträckande, lika stora inre fack, varvid gavelväggarna bildas av separata, med varandra förbundna tätningspluggar, vilka är helt inrymda i vart och ett av sagda fack som inrymmer fluidum, och varvid var och en av sagda skiljeväggar uppvisar en respektive lika stor tvärsnitts- tjocklek, vilken är lika med sagda höljes och rörformiga dels tvärsnittstjocklek, varvid var och en av sagda skiljeväggar upp- visar ett par genomgående öppningar av vilka den ena öppningen är belägen vid en nederdel av sagda skiljevägg, där den är ansluten till sagda nedre gavelvägg, och den andra öppningen är 'P ," w f 1 u -f ff u c > < «, - f (f 1, < t. f < _ < -- . 1 < 4 .< f» c :c _ V' ..« < ff» ' 4 ' ~ v ~ .. \ 1 « i f~ (« IC r é belägen vid en överdel av sagda skiljevägg, där den är ansluten till sagda övre gavelvägg, varvid sagda skiljeväggsöppningar försätter vart och ett av sagda inre fack i fluidumförbindelse med varandra och varvid vartannat av sagda angränsande inre fack står i fludiumförbindelse med sagda mittbelägna fack via ett par radiellt förlöpande öppningar som sträcker sig genom den rör- formiga delen som bildar ifrågavarande fack, varvid den ena av sagda radiellt förlöpande öppningar är belägen vid en nederdel av sagda rörformiga del, där den är förbunden med sagda nedre gavelvägg, och den andra av sagda radiellt förlöpande öppningar är belägen vid en överdel av sagda rörformiga del, där den är förbunden med sagda övre gavelvägg, varvid sagda skiljeväggs- öppningar och sagda radiella öppningar åstadkommer samma flui- dumtryck i vart och ett av sagda fack, så att en radiell tryck- kraft, som uppstår i sagda behållare som ett resultat av ett inre övertryck mot sagda gavelväggar, omfördelas axiellt och jämnt utmed sagda höljesvägg, utmed var och en av sagda skilje- väggar och utmed sagda rörformiga dels vägg, varvid sagda fluidumtryck fördelas jämnt radiellt och axiellt inom sagda behållarhölje och gavelväggar,
2. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknad därav, att en förbindningsöppning är anordnad i var och en av sagda skiljeväggar och sagda rörformiga periferiella vägg för att möjliggöra fördelning av tryckfluidum mellan vart och ett av sagda inre fluiduminrymmande fack och sagda inre rörformiga fack i behållaren.
3. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknad därav, att sagda rörformiga del är integrerat förbunden med den ena av sagda gavelväggar och ytterligare en behàllardel är för- bunden med den andra änden av sagda hölje.
4. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att den rörformiga delen innefattar en integrerad gavel- väggsavslutning som är förbunden med en behållargavelvägg.
5. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att den rörformiga behållardelen är förbunden med sagda 514 s27 i gqig 'f ytterligare passande behållardel som uppvisar inre längsgående förstärkning.
6. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att sagda behållare bildas av två rörformiga delar, vilka 'var och en innefattar en respektive integrerad gavelvägg och inre längsgående förstärkning och vilka är så förbundna med varandra att de anligger mot varandra.
7. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad därav, att sagda två rörformiga delar är förbundna med varandra med en mellanliggande förbindningsdel som uppvisar inre längsgående förstärkning.
8. Y Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknad därav, att den mellanliggande förbindningsdelen bildas av en skiva som uppvisar axiellt sig sträckande passager som förlöper genom skivan, vilka passager är förbundna med de inre facken i sagda behållare.
9. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den ena gavelväggen bildas av en fluidumtät skiva, till vars ena sida en ytterligare behållardel är ansluten.
10. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 9, kännetecknad därav, att gavelväggen uppvisar en periferiell yta som är för- bunden med innerväggen på behållarens hölje.
11. ' Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den ena gavelväggen uppvisar ett antal fluidummot- tagande fack och en avgränsningsvägg, som uppvisar ett tvärsnitt som sammanfaller med den mellanliggande sektionen.
12. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att behållaren uppvisar minst en utvändig förbindnings- öppning som är införd inifrån behållaren, varvid varje öppning står i förbindelse med en hel inre volym i behållaren.
13. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att sagda plastmaterial är ett polyacetal- och polyeten- terftalatplastmaterial.
14. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att sagda behållare uppvisar ett i huvudsak cirkulärt tvärsnitt.
15. Tryckbehållare enligt patentkrav 1, vilken användes i form av en behållare för flytande petrøleumgas, en tryckluftbehållare och en brandsläckare samt inrymmer ett tryck- fluidum.
