Abstract
Copper base alloys for tubes, employed in water and/or hot water supply and in heat exchangers, made of essentially (1) 0.05-2.8% by weight magnesium or 0.05-2.8% by weight magnesium and 0.005-1.0% calcium, (2) 0.01-0.6% by weight aluminium and/or 0.01-0.4% by weight silicon, and (3) the balance essentially copper.
