Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the new composition that involves coagulation factor VIII and nonionogenic surface-active substance, for example, block-copolymer, polyoxamer or ester of polyhydroxyethylene (20) derivative of sorbitol with fatty acid, for example, polysorbate-20 or polysorbate-80 as stabilizing agent. Composition can involve also sodium chloride, calcium chloride, L-histidine and/or sugars of sugar alcohols. Invention relates to the use of noninogenic surface-active substance as stabilizing agent in composition containing coagulation factor VIII also. EFFECT: new composition indicated above.
