Description

The invention relates to dispersing devices designed to maintain the necessary physicochemical and operational parameters of the working environment (mineral oils) of hydraulic systems. Designs of dispersing devices are known, which increase the service life of oils due to dispersion (grinding of mechanical impurities), which leads to an improvement in lubricating properties, restoration of additives and an increase in their active component in oil. A hydrodynamic dispersant is known, comprising a casing with an opening for sludge removal, a cylindrical hollow piston with a nozzle connected to a water channel, an anvil and a cover with an HP hole. However, the installation of a known hydrodynamic dispersant in hydraulic systems does not support oil on the spruce, as a result of which the force on the actuator (hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor) is reduced, which affects the operation mode of the hydraulic aggregate. Thus, the disadvantage of the known dispersant is limited by its use in hydraulic actuators. machine tools, presses and other machines due to the lack of structural elements that ensure their operation without affecting the operating modes of the hydraulic unit, such as flow or pressure. In addition, studies carried out at the All-Russia Hydraulic Power Engineering Research Institute showed that the dispersion process is quite effective under periodic operation of a dispersing device (for example, 2-3 hours per shift depending on the volume of the oil reservoir), which is expedient from an energy point of view. A longer operating time does not give a noticeable effect, but it leads to unnecessary heat and energy losses in the system. The aim of the invention is to expand the field of application of a hydrodynamic dispersant by providing automatic control of its operation. The goal is achieved by the fact that a hydrodynamic dispersant with a holding casing with a hole for oil drainage, a cylindrical hollow piston with a nozzle placed in it, connected to supply and drainage channels, an anvil and a shank with a hole, is provided with a cap installed opposite the hole in the lid in one of the the ends of the piston, in the other end of which there is a bore with a channel connected through an annular groove made on the inner side surface of the casing with a drain channel, with this casing provided with A cork with a bore and a spring placed in the bores of the cork and piston is located at its end; Figure 1 shows the design of a hydrodynamic dispersant; Fig. 2 shows an elementary scheme for incorporating a hydrodynamic dispersant into the hydraulic drive of the machine. The hydraulic drive includes a pump 1, a filter 2, a hydraulic distributor 3, a hydraulic cylinder 4 and a dispersant 5, which includes a casing 6 with channels 7 for inlet and 8 for removing oil. In the casing there is a piston 9, which together with the casing forms a two-position distributor. In the cap 10, which is attached to the casing with bolts 11, a hole 12 is made to communicate the sub-cavity 13 with a source of control pressure. In the absence of pressure in the cavity 13, the piston 9 is held in the extreme left position by the spring 14. The piston 9 is hollow and its cavity passes into the nozzle 15, which is connected by radial channels 16 to the cavity of the annular groove 17 of the piston, which constantly communicates with the channel 7 for supplying oil . The piston has a transverse slot 18, which forms a flat wall 19, located perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, and communicates the nozzle with the outer surface of the piston. In the initial position of the piston 9, the slot 18 is in communication with the cavity of the bore 20 in the casing 6, which covers the piston 9 and is in communication with the outlet channel 8. Strengths of 20 tt 21 are communicated by means of aperture 22. The dispersant is connected to the hydraulic system through channels 7 and 8 by sequential installation in the drain line. The device works as follows. When dispersion of the oil is necessary, the distributor 3 of the hydraulic drive is in a neutral position, i.e. we are unloaded and the oil from it flows through channels 7 and 16 into the cavity of the piston 9, where the passage through the nozzle 15 hits the surface of the flat wall 19 at high speed. At this mechanical impurities contained in the oil are dispersed and it through the bore 20 and channel 8 through the drain line enters the hydraulic tank. The dimensions of the nozzle 15 are chosen so that the flow velocity at the exit of the piston is at least 40 m / s. When switching the distributor to one of the extreme positions (working or idling of the machine.), Oil from the main lines is fed through the hole 12 into the piston switching cavity 13 and creates a force on it that exceeds the spring force. 455 as a result of which the piston moves to the right to the right and connects the channels 7 and 8, through which the oil, iny piston, is discharged into the hydraulic tank. In this position, the piston remains until the distributor switches back to the neutral position. In this case, the pressure in the end cavity 13 will drop and under the action of the spring 9 the piston will move to the extreme left position, squeezing the oil out of the position switching cavity 8 through the opening 12 into the drain line. Thus, automatic control of the hydrodynamic dispersant in the hydraulic system is ensured, which guarantees its operation during the period of time when it does not exert any influence on the parameters of the working cycle of the hydraulic unit. In addition, the frequency of operation of the proposed device allows to reduce heat and energy losses in the hydraulic system during its operation, in contrast to the known.
