Abstract
1. УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ НАЛОЖЕНИЯ АНАСТОМОЗОВ, содержащее втулки с выступами дл их фиксации, приспособление дл смыкани втулок с канавками под выступы и с профильными зубцами дл удержани разбортованного сусуда, причем устройство выполнено из нейтральной дл организма пластмассы и в собранном виде имеет зазор между наружным диаметром втулки и приспособлением дл смыкани втулок, равный толщине стенки сосуда, о тличающеес тем, что, с целью обеспечени совмещени сусудистых элементов без повреждени стенок сосуда, приспособление дл смыкани втуЛок выполнено в виде цилиндра с осевым отверстием и с выступами, расположенными на торцовых поверхност х цилиндра. 2. Устройство по п. 1, отли3 чающеес тем, что оно выполнено из материала, поглощаемого JB биологической системе.

ИзЕШСтно ycTpoikTBo дл наложени анастомозов, содб ржа1иее втулки с выступами дл их фиксации,приспособление дл смыкани втулок с кана ками под выступы и с профильными зубцами дл удержани разбортованнога сусуда, причем устройство выполнено из нейтрально дл организм пластмассы и в собранном виде имеет зазор между наружным диаметром втул ки и приспособлением дл смыкани втулок, равный толщине стенки сосуда ij . Недостатком известного устройств вл етс то, что при совмещении сосудистых элементов возможно повреждение стенок сосуда. Цель изобретени - обеспечение совмещени сосудистых элементов без повреждени стенок сосуда. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве, содержащем втулки с выступами дл их фиксации, приспособление дл смыкани втулок с канавками под выступы и с профильными зубцами дл удержани разбортованного сосуда,. причем устройство выполнено из нейтральной дл организма пластмассы и в собран ном виде имеет зазор между наружным диаметром втулки и приспособлением дл смыкани втулок, равный толщине стенки сосуда, приспособление дл смыкани втулок выполнено в виде цилиндра с осевь м отверстием и с выступами, расположенными на торцевых поверхност х цилиндра, Кроме того, устройство выполнено из материала, поглощаемого в биолог ческой системе. На фиг. 1 изображена втулка, час тичный разрез; на фиг. 2 - приспособление дл смы-сани втулок, продольный разрез; на фиг. 3 - устройс во дл наложени анастомозов в собранном виде без сосуда; на фиг. втулка в разбортованным сосудом, изометри ; на фиг. 5 - устройство д наложени анастомозов в собранном виде с разбортованными концами сосудов ,изометри i на фиг . б-Бторойвариантвтулки , частичный разрез. Устройство дл наложени анастомозов содержит втулки 1 и 2 с высту 3.1 пами 3 /1,л их фиксации, приспособление 4 дч смыкани втулок 1 и 2 с канавкам} 5 под выступы 3 ч с профильными зубцами 6 дл удержани разбортованного сосуда. Устройство выполнено из нейтральной дл организма пластмассы и в собранном виде имеет зазор 7 между наружным диаметром 8 втулки 1 и втулки 2 и с приспособлением 4 дл смыкани втулок, равный толщине стенки сосуда. Приспособление 4 дл смыкани втулок 1 и 2 выполнено в виде цилиндра с осевым отверстием 9 и с выступами 10, расположенными на торцовых поверхност х 11 цилиндра. Устройство может быть выполнено из материад а, поглощаемого в биологической системе, На нар ткном диаметре 8 втулок 1 и 2 выполнены кольцевые ребра 12 дл лучшего удержани сосуда. В собранном виде в устройстве предусмотрен промежуток 13 между втулками 1 и 2 дл размещени в нем общей толщины стенок разбортованных концов трубчатых органов. Во втором варианте втулки (фиг. 6) конструкци упрощена путем удалени всей или большей части конической части втулки. Эта конструкци упрощает изготовление втулки и уменьшает массу инородного материала, подлежащего имплонтации в тело. Предлагаемое устройство дл наложени анастомозов может быть выполнено различных размеров и вл етс особенно полезным дл соединени очень малых сосудов, имеющих наружный диаметр 1-5 мм, которые особенно трудно сшивать. Втулки 1 и 2 ус ройства должны иметь внутренним диаметр, равный, примерно наружному диаметру сосуда дл получени наллучигих результатов. Устройство может быть изготовлено также и больших размеров, соответствующих наружным диаметрам крупных вен, артерий и кишок и, кроме того, может быть использовано дл соединени естественных трубчатых элементов с синтетическими устройствами, такими как протезы вен из дакрона или тефлона. Устройство может быть изготовлено оби еприн тым способом , таким как exaничecкa обработка или , и может быть изготовлено из различных материалов,
которые известны как биологически совместимые при хирургических вмешательствах. Найлон, полипропилен и полисульфен - полимерные материалы, из которых могут быть изготовлены миниатюрные части устройства дл наложени анастомозов. Устройство может быть изготовлено также из

1. УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ НАЛОЖЕНИЯ АНАСТОМОЗОВ, содержащее втулки с выступами для их фиксации, приспособление для смыкания втулок с канавками под выступы и с профильными зубцами для удержания разбортованного сусуда, причем устройство выполнено из нейтральной для организма пластмассы и в собранном виде имеет зазор между наружным диаметром втулки и приспособлением для смыкания втулок, равный толщине стенки сосуда, о тличающееся тем, что, с целью обеспечения совмещения сусудистых элементов без повреждения стенок сосуда, приспособление для смыкания втулок выполнено в виде цилиндра с осевым отверстием и с выступами, расположенными на торцовых поверхностях цилиндра.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено из материала, поглощаемого |В биологической системе.
