Description

The invention relates to mechanical engineering. According to the main author. St. No. 739281 is famous for a telescopic hydraulic shock absorber, which contains brushes placed in the housing with a piston in which choke holes are made, and a device for controlling the resistance of the working medium S depending on temperature, including a disc with holes rotating in the piston axis, made in the form of a sleeve, pressed against the speaker and installed with the possibility of rotation around its axis, and the temperature-sensitive element, made in the form of a split ring of bimetal, in the sleeve, one end of which is connected to the disk lj. The disadvantages of this shock absorber are the impossibility of ensuring optimal control of the resistance to movement of the piston with regard to the change in the speed of its movement and the low smoothness of the vehicle. The purpose of the invention is to provide optimal control of the resistance of the piston to move in view of the change in the speed of its movement and to improve the smoothness of the vehicle. This goal is achieved by the fact that the telescopic hydraulic shock absorber is equipped with a similar main additional temperature-sensitive element, a disk and a bushing pressed to the disk, installed in the piston on the side of the over-piston cavity, and two gauge springs connected each with one end to the free end of the temperature-sensitive element and each one. the end of the piston, and in the latter there are through axial bores connecting the cavity of each manometric spring with the body cavity opposite to the location of the spring. FIG. 1 shows a telescopic hydraulic shock absorber, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - section BB in FIG. . The telescopic hydraulic shock absorber contains pistons 2 with piston 3 placed in housing 1, in which throttle bores 4 and 5 are made, with devices for controlling piston resistance depending on the temperature of the working medium and the speed of its movement, each of which includes a rotary disk 6 with holes 7, a cap made in the wood of the sleeve 8, a bimetal temperature-sensitive element 9 and a manometric spring 10. The disk 6 contains a thermoe attached to one of the ends pin 11, and the other end is connected to the other end by means of the clamp 12, a manometric spring 10, the open end 13 of which is in the form of a cylindrical tube fixed in one of the through axial holes 14 and 15. The shock absorber works with a trace in a rue manner. When the piston 3 moves upwards, the working fluid through the holes 4 and 7 flows from the upper cavity of the shock absorber housing 1 to the bottom. Fluid pressure from the upper cavity of the housing is transmitted through the through axial hole 15 into the internal cavity of the lower manometric spring 10, which, bending, moves laterally 12 and turns the temperature-sensitive element 9 together with the disk 6, which changes the flow area of the holes 4. When the piston moves the pressure difference changes to the pressure spring 10, which leads to a change in the position of the rotary disk 6 and the flow sections of the throttling holes 4. When the temperature changes eyes liquid sensing element 9 of the bimetal deforms, which leads to a further change the position of the disc 6. This allows to compensate for a substantial change in viscosity of the working fluid in zasisimosti temperature. When moving the piston down, the shock absorber works in a similar way. The liquid flows through the holes 5 to the holes 7 of the upper

Thus, the efficiency of damping vibrations 5 in the suspension systems of wheeled and tracked vehicles and the reliability of shock absorbers, as well as their material consumption, are increased.
