Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицинской генетике и касается способов определения нарушений синтеза глобина в клетках костного мозга. Целью изобретения является упрощение способа за счет исключения из состава среды дефицитных реактивов и сокращения числа операций. Способ осуществляется посредством инкубации клеток костного мозга больного в среде, содержащей плазму этого же больного, глюкозу и меченную аминокислоту, с последующим выделением глобина и анализом его цепей на КМ-целлюлозе.
