The invention relates to the textile industry, is aimed at the development of a new material - a multilayer material based on superfine fiber, which can be used for thermal insulation of high-temperature surfaces, filtration and other purposes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the material, processability, prevent static electricity. This goal is achieved due to the fact that in a known material, including fibrous layers and a gasket material located between them, held together by needle punching, the second outer layer, made of stapled continuous fibers, additionally contains 13-25% carbon fibers with a length of 20-40 mm 1 tab.
Description
п.The invention relates to the textile industry, to rolled fibrous materials used for heat insulation of various high-temperature surfaces, filtration, and the like.
(5-7):(1-2):(3:5).A multilayer felt is known, consisting of outer layers bonded with needling through, one of which is made from a mixture of synthetic fibers and textile waste, an inner layer made of superthin mineral fiber and a cushioning material located between them. The other outer layer is made of stapled continuous fibers with a linear density of 100–350 tex, with a ratio of the linear densities of the first outer layer, inner and other outer layers, respectively (5–7) :( 1-2) :( 3: 5).
However, in the process of mechanical processing, upon receipt of the outer layer of stapled fibers, static electricity is accumulated in the fibers due to friction. This has a detrimental effect on the health of workers, servicing machines for the processing of such materials, as well as a negative effect on the state of the air environment in the workshop, entails additional installation of ventilation, and the production area increases. In addition, the known material has not enough high strength.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение прочности материала и предотвращение накоплени статического электричества, повышение технологичности .The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of the material and prevent the accumulation of static electricity, improving processability.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a multilayer material consisting of outer layers bonded with needling, one of which is made of a mixture of synthetic fibers and textile waste, and the second layer is made of stapled continuous fibers and an inner layer of mineral superfine fiber located between

With their cushioning material, a layer of stapled continuous fibers contains 13–25% carbon fibers with a length of 20–40 mm.
Повышение технологичности достигну- то за счет применени углеродных волокон длиной 20-40 мм, которые в процессе технологических переходов (смешивани , чесани , образовани прочеса холста) как бы берут на себ образовавшеес в ходе тех- нологических переходов статическое электричество .Improved manufacturability is achieved through the use of carbon fibers 20–40 mm long, which in the process of technological transitions (blending, combing, forming a canvas) as if take on static electricity generated during technological transitions.
The use of carbon fibers contributes to the normal conduct of fiber processing processes on carding machines during the formation of the canvas, significantly reducing the amount of dust released in the air of industrial premises.
Increased strength is achieved due to the structure of the material, which contains carbon fibers. In the process of piercing the needle-punching machine forms a stitching layers, including carbon. Possessing high strength and less elasticity than basalt fiber, carbon fibers, not changing the overall structure, more reliably connect the layers of material.
The table shows the dependence of the strength and thermal conductivity of the material on the amount of carbon fibers.
As we see from the table, the introduction of 13–25% carbon fibers significantly increases the strength with a slight change in the thermal conductivity of the material. In the management of carbon fibers up to 12% adversely affects the material production process, the material is poorly processed. With the introduction of fibers more than 25%, the thermal insulation properties of the material are reduced.
к. такой длины волокна не перерабатываютс на чесальных машинах и выпадают в отходы .Using carbon fibers with a length of less than 20 mm makes it difficult to manufacture fibrous webs, because such lengths of fiber are not recycled on carding machines and are discarded.
The introduction of fibers longer than 40 mm leads to the formation of continuous conductive (both electricity and heat) structures that remove thermal conductivity, impairing thermal insulation.
The manufacturing technology of the multilayer material according to the proposed solution does not differ from the manufacturing technology adopted in the textile industry. A mixture (composition) of the material is made, it is kept in labazah, it is processed on carding machines and then on needle-punching machines.
