(54) СПОСОБ НЕПРЕРЫВНОЙ КАЛЬЦИНАЦИИ ГИДРООКИСИ АЛЮМИНИЯ
телеи, после чего осушенный матернал поступает па прокалку во вращающуюс печь.
Способ позвол ет исключить налипание гидрата на стенках газопроводов и циклонов, обеспечить равномерное питание вращающейс печи и повысить производительность процесса на 10-20%.
Claims (2)
1. Способ непрерывной кальцинации гидроокиси алюмини , включающий стадии загрузки влажного гидрата, дегидратации и прокалки, с возвратом технологической пыли па загрузку, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повыщени производительности процесса , на загрузку дополнительно подают часть гидрата со стадии дегидратации в количестве , обеспечивающем доведение влажности загрузочного гидрата до 6-8%.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что гидрат отбирают со стадии дегидратации из зоны с температурой 125-500°С.
