Наличие в жидкост х загр знений в виде частиц металла понижает их окислительную Стабильность, в результате чего значительно ухудшаютс  рабочие характеристики жидкостей Кроме того, загр знение жидкостей частицами металла вызывает изменение в зкости, увеличе ние показател  кислотности, образование осадков , уменьшение химической устойчивос1и и обесцвечивание. Известна гидравлическа  жидкость на основе минерального масла, содержаща  аммониевую соль алкилфосфорной кислоты в количестве d,01-5 вес.% (1). Така  присадка сообщает гидравлической жидкости смазочные и фрикционные свойства. Однако эта гидравлическа  жидкость не предотвращает эрозии. Целью изобретени   вл етс  предотвращение эрозии поверхности металла. Композиции функциональных жидкостей, к которым добавлены аммониевые соли фосфо вой кислоты, называютс  базовыми растворами Концентращио этих солен в функциональных
жидкост х мен ют в зависимости oi KOHKJICTного назначени  системы и вида функилопальНой . жидкости так, чтобы предотвратить и регулировать разруигение. Таким образом, установлено , что воздействие добавки, т.е. концентрадал аммониевой фосфорной кислоты, необходимой дл  того, чтобы предотвратить и регулировать разруи1ение, вызываемое базовым расiBopOM , измен етс  в соответствии с составом основного раствора или смеси используемых базовых растворюв.
Так, например, дл  базовых растворов, используемых в гидравлических жидкост х согласно изобретению, концентраци  аммониевых солей фосфорной кислоты составл ет 0,01 -
15 вес.%, причем оптимальным значением концентрации будет такое, при котором можно будет эффективно предотвращать и регулировать разрушение. Предпочтительное значение концентрации добавок 0,025-5,0 вес.%, а наиболее . предпочгательное 0,1-0,5 вес.%. В св зи с этим все композиции согласно изобретению включают функциональную жидкость и предотвращающее разрушение количество аммониевой соли фосфорной кислоты, I.e. соль аммони  добавЛЯЮ1 в количестве, достаточном дл  предотвращени  и контролировани  разрушени . Композиции функциональных жидкостей в соответствии с изобретением получают путем добавлени  аммониевой соли фосфорной кислоты к базовому раствору при перемешивании до получени  жидкой композиции.
Композиции, полученные в соотве1С1Вии с изобретением, могут быть созданы на основе большого разнообрази  базовых растворов. Однако .предпочтительнее композицию, составленную согласно изобретению, включающую аммониевую соль фосфорной кислоты, комбинировать с базовым раствором, ко:орый  вл етс  функциональной жидкостью на основе сложного эфира фосфата. Базовый раствор включает, прежде всего, триалкилфосфаты в количестве 50-95 вес.%, предпоЧ1И1ельно в количестве 60-90 вес.%. Оптимальных результатов достигают при использовании таких 7риалкилфоа{)атов , в KOTOpbtx кажда  из алкильных групп содержит 1-20, предпочти ельно 3--I2 атомов углерода. Подход щими триалкилфосфатами, которь е можно использовать в качестве базовых растворов,  вл ютс  трипропилфосфаты, трибутилфосфагы, тригекснлфосфаты , триоктилфосфаты, трибутилфосфаты , тригексилфосфаты, триоктилфосфаты, дипропилоктилфосфаты , дабутилоксилфосфаты, дапропилгексилфосфаты, дигексилоктилфосфаты , дигексилпропилфосфат и пропилбутилоктил4юсфат .
Триалкилфосфаты можно комбинировать с триарилфосфатами или смешанными алкиларилфосфатами . Предпочтительньгми 1риарилфосфатами  вл ютс  трикрезилфосфат, крезилдифеГ1шгфосфат , триг силенилфосфат, трет.-бутилфенилфенилфосфаты , этилфенилдикрезилфосфат или изопропи/гфенилфосфат, фенпгг-бис(4-а-мегилбензилфенил ) -фосфат, дифенилдецилфосфат, длфенилоктилфосфат, метилдифенилфосфат, бутилдикрезилфосфат и другие подобные им соединени . Предпочтительно используют базовьгй раствор, содержащий преимущественно триксиленилфосфат. Триарилфосфатьг примегч ют в качестве сгустителей дл  триалкилфосфатов . Их можно использовать в количестве 0-35 вес.%, предпочтительна  концентраци  триарилфосфатов 5-30% от веса композиции. Дл  того, чтобы обеспечить требуемое значение в зкости, можно использовать стандартные полимерные сгустители или реагенты, улучшающие индекс в зкости (ИВ), которые смепшвают со смесью триалкилфосфатных и триарилфосфатных соеданений. Типичными сгустител ми , которые можно при этом примен ть,  вл готс  полиакрилаты, полиметакрилаты, полиэтилен , окиси полипропилена, полиэфиры и гюдобные им соединени . ,
В качестве сгустител  предпочтительнее брать полиэфир, основанньгй на азелаиновой кислоте и даоле,.таком, как пропиленгликоль, и подобных им соединени х, концентраци  которого составл ет 3-20 вес.%.
Углеводородные масла, включающие минеральные масла, которые добывают из месторождений нефти, и искусственные углеводородные масла также  вл ютс  подход щими базовыми растворами. Физические характеристики функциональных жидкостей, полученных на основе минерального масла, выбираютс  на основании требований, св занных с системами, в которых буду использоватьс  эти жидкости, в св зи с чем гидравлическа  жидкость согласно изобретению включает в качестве базовых растворов природные масла, в зкость которых измен етс  в широких пределах, так же как и содержание в них летучих компонентов, таких, как нафтеновое основание, парафиновое основани и смешанные базовые рас1ворьг на основе природного масла.
Жидкие композиции согласно изобретению при использовании их в качес1ве функциональHjjix жидкостей могуг содержать также кислотные акцепторы, красители, реагенты, понижающие температуру измерени , сгустители, антиокислители , предотвращающие образование ны реагенты, реагенты, улучшающие индекс в зкости, такие, как полиалкилакрилаты, поли апкилметакрилаты, полициклические полимеры, полиуретаны, окислы полиалкилена, и полиэфиры , смазочные реагенты, воду и другие соединени . В композиции функциональной жидкости мо гут быть также включены комби11ащш антиокислителей и/или кислотных акцепторов, кондентраци  которых 0,1-5,0 вес.%, в частности дл  эпоксидов и/или аминов. Установлено, что очень эффективной комбинацией  вл етс  со ,став, содержащий 3,4-эпоксициклогексилметил, 3,4-эпоксициклогексанкарбоксилат и фенил-анафтиламин . Ингибиторы коррозии, вз тые в концентрации 0,001-0,5 вес.%, могут быть добавлены к смеси и тщательно перемещааы в ней. В композицию может быть так; .е введен и тщательно раз.мещан в ней краситель в ко щентрации 5-20 ч. на 1 млн, причем перемешивание осуществл ют стандартным способом. Могут быть также добавлены эффективные количества реагента, преп тствующего пенообразованию Гидравлические жидкости, полученные всоответствии с изобретением, могут включать примерно до I вес.% воды. Однако предпочтительное содержание воды в них менее 0,6 всс.7 а наиболее предпочтительное - менее 0,3 вес.Сг Пример 1. Базовый раствор, содержащий 78,98 вес.% трибутилфосфаи и 9,70 вес.% смешанных крсзил- и ксиленилфосфатов в зкостью по Сейболту при 38°С, смешивают с 9,00 вес.% сгустшел  на основе полиэфира . После этого к смоси прибавл ют при перемешивании 1,0 вес., 3,4-э1юксициклогексан карбоксилата и 1,0 вес. фeни; -a- aфтплa шпa при тщательном перемешивании 0 ,02 вес.% бензочриазола вместе со стандартным красителем и предо вращающим пенообра эование реагенюм, вз тыми в количесгве 20 И 15 ч. на 1 млн, соо-1ве1С1вепно. Далее в смесь ввод т при перемешивании додецилтриметиламмонийдифенилфосфа в различньх концентраци х , в том числе 0,1 и 0,3 вес.%. Полученную но выщеуказанной меюдике композицию испьпьшают в ус ройс1ве, содержащем заслонку клапана передней кромки сам лета Боинг 737, который находкчс  под давлением , создаваемым насосом с осевым поршнем системь Виккерс вместе с прилагаемым к Het му оборудованием. Оценку свойств жидкости Провод т по увеличению скорости ее утечки в клапане, когда он находи1с  з закрытом или нулевом гюложении. Рсзу.пьтаты, полученные при добавлении к жидкости на основе сложного эфира фосфата дагфещшфосфата додециптриметиламмони , приведены в табл. 1. Результаты испытаний сввдетельствуют о том, что введение в гидравлическую жидкость, приготовленную на основе сложного эфира, фосфата , определенного кол1Гчества дифеннлфосфата додецилтриметиламмони  предотвращает разрушение гидравлических систем. П р и м е р 2. Испытание на эрозию провод т по гфимеру 1, использу  жидкость, полученную на основе сложного эфира фосфата При добавлении 0,3 вес.% дифенилфосфата додецилтриметиламмони . При этом испьггании концентрацию хлорированных растворителей постепенно повышали до окончательного содержани  хлора 2000 ч. на 1 MJTH. Результаты испытаний приведены в трбл. 2 Полученные результаты иллюстрируют пригодное ь .дифенилфосфата додецилтриметиламмоШ5  д. предотвращенн.ч разрушений, наносимых гидравлической системе гидравлически.ми жидкост ми на основе фосфат-эфира, загр зненного хлором. П р и м е р 3. Исиъпание fja эрозию осуществл ют с испо.1гьз1)ванием 1идравлической жидкости марки BMS 311-С дл  летаюльных аппаратов, приготовленной на основе эфира фосфата, загр зненной хлором, концентрашш которого составл ет 1000 ч/млн,причем xjrop входит в виде 1,1,1-трихлорэ-1ана. После определени  скорости эрозии к загр зненной жидкости .добавл ют порци ми жи кость на основе фосфат-эфира, описаимуи; в примере . содсржзшую 0,3 вес.; дг.фенилфосфата додецилтриметиламмони . Результаты испытаний приведены в табл. 3. Получен1 ые результаты свидетельствуют о пригодности добавкн, содержащей дифеннлфосфат додсцилтриметиламмонн  дл  предотвращени  разруп1еш1 , вызываемого в гидравлической системе гидравличссЕсинп жидкост ми m основе фосфат-эфира,загр зненного хлором. П р и м е р 4. Прн ароведскии испытаний на эрозию, подобных тем, которые ocyuiecTBHHют в примере 1, к жидкости добавл ют 0,3 вес.% смешанных моно- и бис(додец ламмоний)-металфосфатов . Эти испыта1Ш  свидетельствуют о пригодности смешагшых моно- и бис (додешшаммоний ) метилфосфатов дн  предотвращени  разрушений, вызывae ыx жвдкост ми на основе эфира фосфата в гидравлических системах. Проводимость .зред добавлением составл. ет 0,021, а после добав.пепи  0,24 мкОм/см. П р IS м е р 5. Готов т смесь подобную той, котора  бьша описана в примере 1. На основе этой смесн приготавливают две различные жидкости. Перва  содержит 0,2 вес.% дифешшфосфата додещ-штриметпла ачошш, а втора  - 0;2 вес.% днмети.пфосфата трноктилмед лфосфони . Эпт жидкост ; провер ют на |:рмпературную стабильность по методике. фирмы Боинг 311-С.Результаты даны в табл. 4. Услови  испытани : температура 12ГС, продолжительность 168 ч, в качестве катализаторов присутствуют сталь, магний, сталь с покры таем из кадми , медь и алюминий. Эти испытани  показывают, что жидкости, 1юлученные на основе дифенилфосфата додецилтриметиламмонн , характеризуютс  большей температурной и окислительно стабильностью lit) сравнению с жидкост ми, которые приготовлены на основе диметилфосфата триоктилметилфосфони . Пример 6. В испытании на эрозию, кот рое провод т по методике, описанной в приме ре 1, установлено, что жидкость на основе полифенильного эфира, содержаща  смесь м- и п-пентафенилентетраоксидов и 0,2 вес.% бис(до децилбензилгриметиламмоний) фенилфосфата, буде оказывать меньшее разрушительное воздействие на металл по сравнению с той же
