Description

Результат измерени  не содержит аддитивной и мультипликативной составл ющих температурной погрешности магнитоупругих силоизмерйтельных датчиков .The invention relates to weighing, rhythmic technology and can be used in electromechanical scales with magnetoelastic load sensors. Temperature changes in the output characteristics of magnetoelastic force-measuring sensors are the main source of ground power for electromechanical scales developed on the basis of such sensors, and the known designs of transformer-type magnetoelastic sensors with a laminated core have a temperature error of the order. 11, 7% at 10 ° C. With an appropriate filling factor, which is the ratio of the thickness of the additional plates of hardened steel to the total thickness of the plates of the electrical steel magnetic circuit, it is possible to perform almost full temperature compensation of the transformer type magnetoelastic sensor using copper resistance included in the output winding circuit of the magnetoelastic sensor ll. The disadvantage of this method is that for its implementation in each specific case it is necessary to select the value of the active wire resistance, based on the magnitude of the temperature coefficient of the magnetoelastic sensor used in the scales. However, this is a rather laborious work, requiring special expensive equipment (climate chambers, precision load measuring machines and digital devices). Another disadvantage of this method is that the additive component of the temperature error of the magnetoelastic sensor is not eliminated. To reduce the effect of this component of the error before measurements, it is necessary to set to zero. The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a method of reducing the temperature error of a balance containing magnetoelastic sensors with two mutually perpendicular magnetizing and measuring windings, when measured with the compensation of the initial signal, the reference voltage in the circuit of the measuring winding 2. The disadvantage of this method is that it is necessary to carry out, when correcting, the characteristics of two operations that are successively extended one after the other in time. This leads to the fact that in the process of adjusting the sensitivity for a model load, the scales drift and an additional zero setting is required. Another disadvantage of this method is that the implementation of the scale requires a significant complication in the construction of the balance, the input of the automatic zero setting unit superimposing an exemplary power load on the weighing platform. The purpose of the invention is the simultaneous reduction of the error. The goal is achieved by the fact that the compensation of the initial signal is carried out by changing the active resistance of the load of the measuring winding under a constant reference voltage. FIG. Figure 1 shows the dependence of the output voltage U of magnetoelastic sensors 7 {s on the measured force P applied to the sensors at different ambient temperatures; in fig. 2 - scale diagram of the scales, in. By removing this method of reducing the temperature instability of the output characteristic of a magnetoelastic balance, FIG. 3 - electric circuit diagram of magnetoelastic scales. FIG. 1 are designated: 1 - the characteristic of scales (P) at. 2 - characteristic at, 3 - characteristic at. FIG. Figures 2 and 3 show a magneto-stress, a transformer-type sensor 4 with two mutually perpendicular windings, used to convert the measured force P into a proportional voltage U) rectifier device 5, which converts the AC output signal into a DC signal; load 6 is tuned / active, which determines the sensor operating transducer and the scale of conversion; a digital integrating voltmeter 7 measuring the potential difference between the output voltage of the magnetic-elastic sensor and the reference voltage; a source 8 of an adjustable highly stable reference voltage, generating a stable reference voltage in time} transformer 9, supplying load cells / magnetizing windings 10 of magnetoelastic sensors connected in parallel with each other; measuring windings 11 sensors connected between themselves, sequentially and according to capacitance 12 of the filter; resistors 13–15 of the reference voltage divider, precision zener diodes 16–18 of the stabilizer of the reference voltage; balanced limiting resistor 19; capacitance filter 20 capacitance reference voltage. The output characteristic of a magnetoelastic balance (P) essentially depends on the temperature of the sensors' magnetic conductors, and, consequently, on those of the environment. With a change in the temperature of the magnetic circuit of the magnetoelastic sensor, both the angle of inclination of the output characteristic (multiplicative component of temperature error) and its position relative to the axis of ordinates (additive component of temperature error) change. It was established experimentally that the same nature of the bias characteristic of the magnetoelastic sensor is observed when the magnitude of the active resistance of the load in the output winding circuit changes. For example, if the magnetoelastic transducer is preloaded up to the linear portion of the output characteristic, an increase in the active resistance of the load is always accompanied by an increase in the sensitivity of the transducer and an increase in the magnitude of the initial signal in the absence of a power load. Consequently, the temperature offset of the magnetoelastic sensor can be compensated for by a corresponding change in the magnitude of the active resistance of the load (if the zero signal and sensitivity increase from temperature, then the load should be reduced and vice versa.). A method for reducing the temperature error of weights containing magnetoelastic sensors with two mutually pendicular magnetizing and measuring windings, consists in the following. When calibrating the weights, the active resistance of the load 6 of the magnetoelastic sensors 4, which is subsequently constant for a given temperature, is determined by the model weights. Thereby, the working output characteristic (P) of the magnetoelastic balance is obtained (with fCconst). Immediately after calibration of the weights, the changes in the reference voltage and on balance the initial voltage Uo of the output characteristic, i.e. If a digital voltmeter 7 is zero, when there is no load on the scales, the set value of the reference voltage cannot be changed further, since this leads to a violation of the calibration of the scales. Immediately before weighing when leaving the zero and changing the sensitivity of the balance due to fluctuations in ambient temperature, it is necessary to change the load resistance 6 to one side or the other, set the zero readings of the voltmeter 7, and then weigh the load. The measurement result does not contain the additive and multiplicative components of the temperature error of magnetoelastic force-measuring sensors.

Особенно повглшаетс  точность взвешивани  грузов ,на крановых магнитоупругих весах/ у которых тарна  нагрузка практически всегда посто нна .This method of reducing the temperature instability of the output characteristics of a magnetoelastic balance makes it possible to substantially increase the accuracy of weighing goods in a wide range of ambient temperature (from -5 ° C to). Particularly weighing loads are weighing, on crane magnetoelastic scales / in which the load is almost always constant.
