Abstract
เหล็กกล้าสเตนเลสจำพวกเปฟอร์ไรต์ที่มีความต้านทานความล้าที่เกิดจากความร้อนกับ ความต้านทานการออกซิเดชั่นที่ดีโดยทำให้ปริมาณของ Mo, W, Nb ซึ่งเป็นธาตุที่มีราคาสูงมีน้อย ที่สุดและทำให้ปริมาณของ Cu ซึ่งทำให้ความต้านทานการออกซิเดชั่นกับความสามารถแปรรูปลด ลงมีน้อยที่สุด เหล็กกล้าสเตนเลสจำพวกเฟอร์ไรต์ซึ่งมีลักษณะจำเพาะ คือ มี C ไม่เกิน 0.020%, Si : ไม่เกิน 3.0%, Mn : ไม่เกิน 1.0%, P : ไม่เกิน 0.040%, S : ไม่เกิน 0.030%, Cr : 10.0% ขึ้นไปน้อย กว่า 16.0%, N : ไม่เกิน 0.020%, Al : 1.4-4.0%, Ti : มากกว่า 0.15% ไม่เกิน 0.5%, Ni : 0.05- 0.5%ตาม % โดยมวล ที่เหลือเป็น Fe กับสิ่งตกค้างที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ และทำให้สูตร (1) ต่อไปนี้ สมบูรณ์ Al%/Cr%(สูตร)0.14 ...(1) ทั้งนี้ Al% กับ Cr% ในสูตรแสดงปริมาณของ Al, Cr (%โดยมวล) ตามลำดับ:
