Abstract

1.กรรมวิธีสำหรับเปลี่ยนกรด (เมธ) อะคริลิกกับแอลคานอลให้เป็นเอสเทอร์โดยมีตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา ชนิดกรดสำหรับการเปลี่ยนเอสเทอร์อยู่ด้วย ซึ่งแยก สารประกอบตั้งต้นที่ไม่ได้ทำปฏิกิริยา และ (เมธ) แอลคิเลทที่เกิดขึ้นออกไปโดยการกลั่นและเกิดผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนล่างที่มีออกซิเอสเทรอ์อยู่ด้วย,ซึ่งในผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนล่าง นั้ถูกแยกออกไปและทำให้ร้อนถึง 150-250ํซ. โดยมี กรดอยู่ด้วยและปรับความดันให้เหมาะเพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ แตกออกซึ่งเกิดขึ้นภายใต้สภาวะที่กล่าวถึงข้างบนนี้จาก ออกซิเอสเทอร์ที่มีอยู่ในผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนล่วงหน้านี้ระเแท็ก :
