A two-wheeled vehicle as per claim paragraph 3, whereby such rivet consists of a number of grooves or notches and the locking key consists of a rotating cylinder which can be opened with a key, whereby the rotating cylinder has a beveled rim and is positioned to engage with the locking key receiver on the inside of which the rivet is inserted, whereby the beveled rim is positioned at a desired angle to the cylinder so that it is aligned with the rivet in such a way that the rivet can slide in freely at any position so that part of the cylinder enters into one of the grooves of the rivet and holds the rivet within the receiver.
