Claims (3)
1. วิธีการสำหรับ การผลิตกรด แอล-กลูตาบิก ที่ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนของการเพาะเลี้ยงแบคทีเรียโครีนีฟอร์ม ที่ซึ่งมีความสามารถผลิตกรด แอล-กลูตามิก ในตัวกลางเพื่อผลิต และ สะสมกรด แอล-กลูตามิก ในตัวกลางนั้น และ การเก็บรวมกรด แอล-กลูตามิก จากตัวกลาง โดยที่ระบบรับเข้ากรด แอล-กลูตามิก ถูกหักออกไป หรือ ลดลงในแบคทีเรียโครีนีฟอร์ม โดยที่ ระบบการรับเข้ากรด แอล -กลูตามิกถูกเข้ารหัสโดย gluABCD โอเปอรอน และโดยที่อย่างนอ้ยหนึ่งในผลิตภัณฑ์จากกาแสดงออกของ gluABCD โอเปอรอน ถูกลบออกในแบคทีเรียโครีนีฟอร์ม
