Claims (16)

1. Compounds of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates: (chemical formula) (I) 2. Pharmaceutically recognized compounds, salts, solvates or esters thereof that are bioavailable under Patent 1 for use as pharmaceuticals for the treatment of asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPD, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritic disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis. 4. Pharmaceutically acceptable compounds, salts, solvates or esters thereof that are biodegradable under Patent 1 for use as pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer. 5. Use of the compounds of formula (I), or the pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates of such compounds, as entitled under claim 1, in the manufacture of medicines for therapeutic use. 6. The use of compounds of formula (I), or pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates of such compounds, as entitled under claim 1, in the manufacture of medicines for the treatment of chemokinetic diseases in which a chemokine binds to one or more chemokine receptors. 7. Use of the compounds of Formulation (I), or the pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates of such compounds, as entitled under Claim 1, in the manufacture of medicines for the treatment of diseases caused by inflammation in patients suffering from, or at risk of, such diseases. 8. Use of the compounds of Formulation (I), or the pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates of such compounds, as entitled under claim 1, in the manufacture of medicines for the treatment of diseases in which the origin of angiogenesis is associated with elevated levels of chemotine CXCR2, or there is a risk of, such disease. 9. Procedure for the preparation of a compound of formula (I) which involves the reaction of a compound of formula (II): (chemical formula) (II) in which R is C1-6 alkyl with an acid, and after which selectively yields a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. 10. The use of a compound of Formulation (I), or any pharmaceutically accepted salt, solvate or ester of those that are biodegradable, or any pharmaceutical mixture or formulation containing a compound of Formulation (1), in the manufacture of a drug for combination therapy with another therapeutic agent and/or another pharmaceutical agent. 11. Use as claimed under claim 10 for the treatment of asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPD, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritic disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or psoriasis. 12. Use as entitled under claim 10 for the treatment of cancer. 13. A pharmaceutical mixture containing the compounds of formula (I), or the pharmaceutically accepted salts or solvates of such compounds, as entitled under claim 1, together with pharmaceutically accepted adjuvants, diluents or carriers. 14. Pharmaceutical mixtures as claimed under claim 13 for the treatment of asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPD, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritic disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or psoriasis. 15. Pharmaceutical mixtures as entitled under claim 13 for the treatment of cancer. 16. A procedure for the preparation of a pharmaceutical mixture as provided for in Claim 13, which includes the mixing of the compounds of formulation (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates of such compounds, as provided for in Claim 1, with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, diluents or carriers.
