Claims

1. A high volumetric liquid detergent mixture containing sulfonates of the fatty acid esters that have the characteristics that such sulfonates contain: (a) the sulfonates of the fat acid c1 to C3 alkyl ester containing 12 to 14 carbon atoms in the fat acid residue of that substance; and (b) Sulfonates of the fatty acid C1 to C3 alkyl ester containing 16 to 18 carbon atoms in the fatty acid resin of that substance. Where the weight ratio of (a) / (b) is 1/9 to 6/4 and the total weight of components (a) and (b) is 5 to 30% by weight in the mixture.

2. Detergent mixes referred to in claim 1, where sulfonates are represented by formula (I) (formula I), where R1 represents 10 to 12 carbon alkyl groups.
