1. ส่วนประกอบ ประกอบด้วย (a) สารประกอบของสูตร I (สูตรเคมี) I หรือเกลือของสารประกอบนั้น ที่ได้รับการรับรองทางเภสัชกรรม ในกรณี; n คือ หนึ่ง หรือสอง R2 และ R3 แต่ละตัวนั้นเป็นไฮโดรเจน, เมทธิล, เอทธิล, 2-ฟลูออโรเอทธิล, 2,2-ไดฟลูออโรเอทธิล หรือไซคลอโพรพิลที่อิสระ R1 แต่ละตัวเป็นไฮโดรเจนแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
