Abstract
DERIVADO DE SULFONAMIDA TENDO ATIVIDADE ANTAGONìSTICA DE RECEPTOR DE PGD2. A presente invenção fornece um derivado de sulfonamida tendo atividade antagonística de receptor de DP e uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo o dito composto como um ingrediente ativo, e também um agente terapêutico para tratar doenças alérgicas. Um composto da fórmula geral (II): em que o anel A é um anel carbocíclico aromático etc.; o anel B é um anel heterocíclico não-aromático contendo nitrogênio etc.; o anel O é um anel carbocíclico aromático etc.; R1 é carbóxi etc.; R2 é independentemente um átomo de halógeno etc.; R3 é aquilóxi opcionalmente substituído etc.; R4 é independentemente um átomo de halógeno etc.; R5 é independentemente alquila opcionalmente substituida etc.; M é sulfonila etc.; Y é uma ligação simples etc.; L1 é uma ligação simples etc.; L2 é uma ligação simples etc.; k é 0,1,2,3 ou 4; n é 0,1 ou 2; e q é 0, 1, 2 ou 3; contanto que a) k não seja o quando o anel 6 for um anel heterocíclico de 6 membros contendo nitrogênio contendo um ou dois átomo(s) de nitrogênio e o anel O for um anel de benzeno, etc.; um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável ou um hidrato deste.
