Bulus, paketlenen bir ürün biriminin bandrollenmesine mahsus bir tertibat ile ilgili olup, tertibat sirinklenebilir bir folyo bandrolü, bir kapi olusturan bir çerçeve, paketlenen ürün birimi için kapi boyunca uzanan bir tasiyici, hareket ettirilebilen ve folyo hatlari uçlarinda birbiri ile birlesen ve kapida sirinklenebilir bir folyo perdesi olusturan sirinklenebilir folyo makaralari ve ayrica kapinin her iki tarafina monte edilen, birbirine karsi hareket eden çift kaynak kollari donatilmistir. Sirinklenebilir folyo hatlarinin degistirilmesini kolaylastirmak için sirinklenebilir folyo makaralarinin eksenleri yatay olarak uzanmalidir ve sirinklenebilir folyo makaralarindan perdeye dogru uzanan folyo hatlari için saptirma düzenekleri öngörülmektedir.
