Abstract

Bu bulus bir malzeme üzerinde sert, yipranmaya ve korozyona karsi dayanikli, esnek kaplama saglayacak bir kaplama banyosunun kullanilma teknigini kapsamaktadir. Söz konusu kaplama banyosunun pH derecesi yaklasik 10 ile 14 arasinda olup su özelliklere sahiptir: (1) Beher Galon kaplama banyosu basina yaklasik 0.175 mol-2.10 mol arasinda nikel iyonu ihtiva eder. (2) Banyoyu stabilize etmek için etkin miktarda kursun tungstat kullanilmakta olup bu malzeme kaplama üzerinde herhangi bir birikinti yaratmadan, kesintisiz ve lekesiz bir kaplama saglamaktadir. (3) Kaplama banyosu içindeki söz konusu metal iyonlarinin çökelmesine engel olmak için etkin bir miktardaki metal iyon karistirma ajani kullanilir. (4) Etkili bir miktarda borhidrit indirgeme ajani kullanilir.
