Abstract
Bu bulus, troglizaton gibi bir tiazolidindion bilesigi veya tiazolidindion benzeri bilesikler kullanmak suretiyle, oksitosin araciligi ile meydana gelen bir etkinin önlenmesi veya azaltilmasi ile ilgilidir. Burada bu bilesiklerin yalniz olarak veya bir tokolitik madde gibi en az bir baska madde ile kombinasyon halinde kullanimi tarif edilmistir. Bu kullanim, örnegin uterus kasilmalarinin baslatilmasi, prostaglandin tahliyesi ve süt salgilanmasi gibi oksitosin araciligi ile olusan etkilerin tedavi edilmesi için yeni bir terapötik yöntem saglar. Böylece, erken dogum sancilari ve sezeryan ameliyati ile dogum öncesinde dogum sancilari gibi durumlar, bu yöntemler vasitasiyla tedavi edilebilir.
