Abstract
Eldeki bulusun konusu santrifüj edilmis cam elyaf takviyeli plastik borularin üretimine yönelik bir yöntem teskil etmekte olup, bu kapsamda dolgu maddesi ve cam elyaf içeren bir reçine ve sertlesme katkilari ve muhtemelen de kumdan olusan bir karisim bir kaliba iletilir ve bu kalibin isisi 40 ile 75 C arasindadir. Borunun dis tabakalarinda jölelesme süresi, borunun iç tabakalarinda kullanilan reçinenin jölelesme süresiyle ayni veya daha uzun olan en az % 40 oraninda dolgu maddesi içeren bir reçine kullanilir. Ayrica boru disariya çekilene kadar kalibin isisinin asgari 60 C düzeyinde tutulabilmesi için, isi veren tepkimenin baslatilmasindan sonra kaliba ilik su püskürtülebilir.
