Abstract

Mevcut bulusa göre yüksek sertlige sahip, fiber ebadi açisindan homojen ve mükemmel boyama homojenliginde politrimetilen tereftalat fiber sunulur, böylece giyim alaninda kullanilmak üzere son derece uygundur. Mevcut bulusa uygun politrimetilen tereftalat fiber, düsük hizli örme süreci ve çekme sürecinden olusan iki asamali bir yöntemle üretilebilir, burada çekilmemis fiberin sarilma kosullari, çekilmemis fiberin içinde tutuldugu atmosferik kosullar ve çekilmemis fiberin tutulmasi için gerekli süre, belirli bir aralikta ayarlanir böylece çekilmemis fiberin zamanla küçülmesi ve bunun neden oldugu çekilmemis fiberin transformasyonu en aza indirilir. Böylelikle çekilmemis fiberin çözülme gerilimi sabit tutulurken çekme islemi, yüksek kalitede politrimetilen tereftalat fiberle sonuçlanacak sekilde gerçeklestirilir.
