Bir dokuma makinesinde ilerleyen en az bir ipligin isitilmasi için bir isitma tertibati olup, tertibatta, duvarlari en az bir elektrikli isitma elemaniyla iplik malzemesinin erime sicakliginin üstünde bir yüzey sicakligina isitilan uzunlamasina bir isitma oldugu ve birçok iplik kilavuzu olan sökülüp takilabilir bir tasiyici vardir. Tasiyici isitma olugunun iç kesimine yerlestirilmistir. Iplik kilavuzlari ipligin kilavuzlanmasi için isitma olugunun duvarlarina mesafeli olarak ilerleyen bir iplik ilerleme hatti olustururlar. Birçok ipligi kilavuzlamak üzere iplik kilavuzlari, isitma olugunun içinde yan yana duran birçok iplik ilerleme hatti olusturmak için iplikleri bir iplik ilerleme düzleminde kilavuzlayacak sekilde konumlanirlar.
