Abstract

Maddeleri kuru temizleme için bir siloksan çözücüden yararlanan bir sistem ve yöntem saglanmaktadir. Sistem (5), içerisindeki maddeleri almak için bir temizleme sepeti (10) içerir. Tank ve temizleme sepeti arasinda, maddeleri siloksan çözücüyle birlikte temizleme sepetine daldirmak için baglantili bir pompa (12) vardir. Ayni zamanda, saf siloksan çözücüyü tekrar kazanmak amaciyla, kirli siloksan çözücüyü distile etmek için bir damitma kabi (24) kullnilir. Teksif edilen buhari geri kazanmak için, temizleme sepetine ve/veya damitma kabina bir yogusturucu (kondenser) (26), baglanir.Yogusturucudan alinan siloksan çözücüdeki suyu ayirmak için yogusturucuya bir ayirici (seperatör) (28) baglanir. Yogusturucudan geçen havanin sirkülasyonu için temizleme sepetine, daha sonra isitici sargilarina (34) ve maddelerin kurutulmasi ve sogutulmasi için temizleme sepetinin içine bir fan (32) baglanir.
