Abstract

Bir alumina rafinerisinde bayer prosesi sivilarinin kostiklestirilmesine yönelik gelistirilmis proses olup, esas itibariyla sadece hidrokalumit türünün ve hidroksil iyonlarinin olusturulmasi için kontrollu sartlarda düsük ila orta karar bir temperatürde (70 C-80 C arasi) birincil reaktörde, Bayer prosesi sivisindaki aluminat iyonlariyla kirecin reaksiyona sokulmasini; ve ikincil reaktörde de sözü geçen hidro-kalumit türünün kontrollu sartlar altinda Bayer prosesi sivisiyla temas halinde isitilmasi ve hidrokalumit türünün sivi madde ile reaksiyona girmesinin saglanmasi ve kalsiyum karbonat, aluminat iyonlari ve hidroksil iyonlarinin olusturulmasi, ve burada kostiklestirilmis Bayer prosesi sivisinin elde edilmesi ve de kireç kullanimi randimaninin büyük ölçüde yükseltilmesi ve alumina kayiplarinin da asgari bir düzeye indirilmesi etaplarini içerir.
