Abstract
Termik ya da fotokimyasal olarak bir polimer halinde sertlestirilebilen ya da polimerlestirilebilen bilesimler bazinda bir kaplama bilesimini ihtiva eden sert bir ana tabakayi,ve nano ölçekli eriyik parçaciklar ve/veya kati madde parçaciklari içeren bir kitlenin halen reaktif olan üst yüzey gruplarina sahip ana tabakanin üzerine sürülmesi yoluyla ve ardindan isitma islemi ve sertlestirme islemi yoluyla elde edilebilen nano yapili bir kaplama tabakasi kapsayan asinmaya karsi dayanikli difüzyon geçirimsiz tabaka sistemli bir madde tanimlanmaktadir. Kaplama sistemi asinmaya karsi yüksek mukavemete ve difüzyon geçirimsiz etki özelliklerine sahiptir.Özellikle de plastik maddeler için koruyucu tabaka olarak uygundur.
