Abstract
Özümsenebilir bir karbon kaynagi, azot kaynaklari ve mineral kaynaklari içeren bir ortam içinde yaklasik 37-41 derece C arasinda bir sicaklikta dibe-batmis kültürler halinde farkli Streptocmyces tenebrarius suslarinin uygulanmasi ve özümsenebilir karbon ve azot kaynaklarinin optimum bir aralikta beslenerek ayarlanmasiyla karbamoil tobramisin üretmek için, bir metabolik kontrollü fermantasyon islemi gelistirilmistir. Bu bulusun bir sonucu olarak yüksek saflikta karbamoil tobramisinin yüksek bir verimle üretilebilmesi saglanmistir.
