Abstract
Bulus kahve bitkilerini dönüsüme ugratmak üzere etilen sentezi için gerekli enzimlerin ekspresyonunu engellemek için aritilmis proteinler, bu proteinlerin ekspresyonunu kodlayan DNA dizileri ve rekombinan DNA molekülleri ve bunlarla dönüsüme ugratilmis konutlar saglamaktadir. Bu DNA dizileri ve rekobinan DNA moleküllerini karakterize eden özellik bunlarin kahve bitkilerinde etilen biyosentezinin meydana gelmesinde rol oynayan elemanlar olan ACC sentazi ve ACC oksidazi enzimlerinin ekspresyonunu kodlamasidir.
